Boasting some of the best beaches in Cornwall, Newquay is undoubtedly one of the most famous towns in Cornwall, offering visitors panoramic views of the Atlantic and some fantastic coastal scenery. With no shortage of things to do in this vibrant seaside town, it's the ideal spot to spend a holiday with family or friends, and the luxury apartment at 4 The Vista makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy the area.

Set on the Pentire Peninsula, this property capitalises on its desirable position, with sweeping views over the headland and out to sea. A spacious open plan design lends a bright and airy atmosphere to the lounge, kitchen and dining room, with huge French doors opening out on to the fabulous balcony. Two generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for four, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite. There's a family bathroom with walk-in shower ensuring all guests have the space they need, while the modern, well-equipped kitchen makes home cooking and entertaining a breeze.

Enjoy relaxing evenings lounging on the large sofas in the living room, or discuss the day's plans over a cup of coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach for a day of rock pooling or sunbathing. The apartment is just a short distance from the coastal path as well as the Gannel Estuary so activity packed days of walking, canoeing, fishing or surfing are definitely the order of the day!

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that from 20th April until the end of May, scaffolding will be going up at front as rendering and roofing works are taking place to the main building. This will have some impact on the sea views. For June and July, the scaffolding will be moved to the back of the main building which will be visible from the bedroom windows.
