Villa Cottage Waffa

Villa-Cottage Wafaa stands in the middle of a 4000m2 land,surrounded by fruit trees,olive trees and in the front a row of perenial cypress trees, in a nice quiet area with villas and houses.There is a farmyard with few chicken ,turkeys,a lovely hunting dog and 4 cats in the garden.You will also enjoy our aromatic plants and vegetable corner.In the shade of a wisteria in the patio,you may have a romantic dinner or prepare a BBQ! In the front and back you will find wide balconies!

The villa consists of a groundfloor ,openspace over 100m2,two lounges,neoclassical furniture,also french and Italian style with paintings bought from different countries or inherited from my family.Also you will discover a dining room for ten people connected to a big and fully equipped kitchen,a laundry with a washing machine and ironing board and a WC.
On the topfloor,you will discover a hall with a treadmill.
4 bedrooms,one private bathroom and another for the 3 other rooms.All with flat TV,A/C,balcony or window.

Anytime you will need some information or other,about the house or the island or anything else,I will be delighted to help,at decent hours! For practical reason, I will be coming every afternoon to water the garden. Unless you would need anything from me,nobody will spoil your privacy !
