Le Mariner's Club n'est pas seulement une communauté privée de luxe ... mais le refuge parfait pour le voyageur éclairé pour ralentir, se ressourcer et découvrir progressivement les merveilles de la nature et de l'histoire locale. Le cadre est la paisible côte est de Key Largo Key et est rythmé par un aménagement paysager tropical et des terrains impeccablement entretenus. Un grand soin a été pris pour assurer que la propriété se fond dans le cadre naturel préservé et la ligne de flottaison ... et les villas sont joliment décorées avec leur cadre insulaire à l'esprit.

Les installations de loisirs répondent à toutes les exigences d'une évasion tropicale et comprennent la piscine oasis de luxe avec zéro entrée correspondante, des barbecues et des douches extérieures, une piscine de club-house, un spa de grotte avec cascade, des courts de tennis et de pickleball, un panier de basket, des aires de pique-nique ombragées et un Port de plaisance en eau profonde de 43 glissements. Contrairement à d'autres marinas ... La marina Mariner's Club peut accueillir des jetskis et des bateaux ainsi que des yachts jusqu'à 60 pieds de longueur. Tous les bordereaux sont équipés d'eau et d'électricité. Les réservations et l'assurance doivent être faites avant d'apporter votre motomarine.

REMARQUE: l'exigence de séjour de 4 à 7 jours varie selon la période de l'année. Pas d'arrivée le jour de Noël.

Family vacation with plenty of space

We enjoyed the space with two grandchildren under 3, the view and the pool. This is a perfect spot for a Florida Keys vacation.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the floors. The only notification regarding the floors posted in the villa is an alert to not spray suntan lotion or bronzer. The floors are marble tile and those products stain them which requires a professional company to refinish them…to the tune of $1,000.

Fabulous Condo in a quiet, well kept complex.

Beautiful condo, quite spacious & well appointed. Terrific view of the ocean, and we really loved the pool. Area has great snorkeling & kayaking and many great restaurants on the water with beautiful sunsets.

Thanksgiving in Key Largo

Great time at 525 Mariners Club. Our family of seven came to Key Largo for Thanksgiving. The condo had great views, there was plenty of beds and room for all of us. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Great location to restaurants, grocery stores and things to do.

Family Vacation

This unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view and sunrises were perfect. The grounds, pool, and secluded beach were perfect for our family vacation. Our adult children and their spouses and one grandchild (1 1/2 year old) vacationed with us and loved this rental. I would highly recommend rental of this property. Recommend going to the John Pennekamp Coral Reef state park. They had lots of stuff to do! Very friendly and informative team members.

Great Vacation Spot!

We really loved our stay here. Everything was as described, and the view was better than expected! We were a family of 6, including one toddler. There was enough room for all to have privacy, and also large enough for all of us to gather together. The pool was terrific, and we took the opportunity to use some of the shopping and restaurant recommendations that were left for guests. Thank you!

Nice resort property

Beautiful view right when you walk into the unit, and very spacious. We enjoyed the resort property, pools, sandy "beach" spaces and gameroom ping pong and pool table and weight room. Dissappointed that there are both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, yet NO equipment available, even to rent?? Not at our condo nor with the property office when we called. Our unit had the basics, but missing some extras - there was only one extra blanket, no pickleball equipment or basketball for courts, basic kitchen supplies only, no plasticware for pool area, etc. But very nice property overall. Lots of room to spread out and beautiful sunrise views.

Unit 525 is really top notch, both the layout and appointments and we enjoyed the club setting and keeping our boat at the marina. All quite ideal, except for the pet hair all over the fabric of the chairs and slider tracks. Two of our group mildly allergic. Odd for a 'pet free' rental we thought.

Everything in the unit was nice & clean. The staff was helpful. We only had one issue with the air Conditioner. With 6 people in the unit it continued to get hotter, we could only lower the temp so far. Otherwise it was a great trip.

Great Place - But not what we originally requested

Very nice property with excellent amenities. Well provisioned, clean and updated condo. Wonderful pool and good workout facility. We originally reserved a different condo in the same complex that was sold in the interim. A substitute was proposed that was pretty close to the same or we could have gotten a refund. I'm glad we chose the replacement.

Amazing Little Gem

First off I would like to start by saying this is an amazing little condo. It's a four bedroom SINGLE LEVEL unit. There are TWO ROOMS with a KING BED IN EACH! There is a third bedroom with two twin beds and the fourth room is a single/ trundle bed. The unit itself is extremely spacious with a gorgeous view of the water. There was also a laundry room in the unit which is a huge plus with the hot weather in the Keys. There are also two HVAC units in the unit which makes the condo comfortable. The only downside was the master was a little warmer than the other portion of the house but there was a fan in the closet so that helped. This unit is extremely family friendly. There is an elevator onsite that you can use to take your luggage upstairs since the unit is on the second level. One thing that I will mention is that there is not a luggage cart so I would recommend bringing a small foldable wagon so you won't have to make multiple trips. The pool is also amazing! It's really big and offers a nice relief from the hot weather. I would 100% recommend this facility and would stay here again.

Good bones, disappointing experience

Our group of extended family was so excited to stay at this property that was described in the listing as “immaculately clean”, “impeccably furnished”, “exudes luxury”. Unfortunately the description and photos are dated or inaccurate, as they both seem to put a filter of sorts over reality. I'd like to first callout the positives: -The Mariner's Club complex is well maintained, family friendly, with a lovely pool complex. -The unit itself is in a nice location with an amazing view. -The unit has a good layout and is quite spacious. -The in-unit washer and dryer appear to be new and are in a dedicated space for all guests in the unit to easily access. -The management company is responsive (caveat being their hands are tied with what they are able to help with by the owner). Unfortunately we were underwhelmed with our experience otherwise. All feedback, including more details, has been shared directly with the management company in hopes of improved experiences for other renters. -Most concerning of our entire experience is that the owner remotely controls the thermostats in the unit. One of the AC units is held at 72, unable to be raised or lowered. The other AC unit near 2 of the guest rooms can be adjusted down to 72, however, is set to automatically raise to 79 in the middle of the night. This was never properly addressed during our stay and appeared to be a known issue/complaint by the management company. -The unit is in need of a deep clean. The floors were filthy upon arrival, many spots were dusty or fingerprinted, etc. The management company did respond promptly and have someone out to clean the floors on our second day. We were advised that the owners will not allow for a deep clean to be performed, so the lighter between-renter cleanings are all that is allowed. -Many lights in the unit were either out or flickering. A few were able to be addressed early in our stay, while others remained. -The furniture is tired and worn, with mattresses and bed pillows in need of updating in all bedrooms. -Blinds were broken and unable to fully close in 2 of the bathrooms, which caused privacy concerns. -The kitchen is haphazardly equipped. While there were amply things like plates and drinking glasses, there were insufficient quantity/variety of silverware, wine glasses, cooking utensils, etc. NET: The owners appear to be cheap and not at all concerned with their renters' experience, doing the bare minimum to collect the $.

We are truly sorry that your stay was not all you hoped it would be. Thank you for acknowledging our efforts as a management company to address your concerns. Specifically, silverware and wine glasses have been replenished and the owner has ordered new equipment to control the thermostats - it apparently was a malfunction with the equipment itself that was creating the issue of it automatically adjusting to a higher temperature in the night. One note as to the floors…this is a comment we frequently hear in the summer months. Consider, for example in your party, there are 8 guests tracking in and out, rolling suitcases through and bringing in groceries. Unless every guest takes off their shoes every time they walk in the front door it takes no time at all for the floors to accumulate the fine sand and dirt, not to mention the oils in the pavement that rise to the surface during the hotter months. Having said that, the cleaning contractors are very good but they’re not perfect so we have counseled them to be more mindful of the floors. Thank you for your detailed review -we do hope to host you again on your return visit.

Beautiful place, great living area and great location

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Well appointed. The pool at the property is also very nice; resort like. At first the master bedroom was very warm, but a call to the property management company resulted in a quick response; apparently the a/c was set to a high temp for that room and the management company was the only one who could unlock it- so call right away if that happens to you. The living area is big, kitchen is beautiful. Mattresses are OK- not great. But overall this was a great place for a family or friends. Nice views too.

Beautiful unit, perfect for our team! Upbeat, responsive and friendly. I found them to be very professional and easy to work with.
