Market Place Cottage is a spacious three bedroom holiday home in the heart of Woodstock, just a short walk from Blenheim Palace and estate. The former Georgian town house was built around 1750 and the classic features, such as exposed beams and timber, have been kept throughout the home. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, this spacious home is perfect for an idyllic getaway to explore Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

First Floor:
- Fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and bob and washer-dryer. There is breakfast bar with two stools
- Living-dining room with two seater sofas, coffee table and easy chair and wide screen TV
- Dining area with large dining table and seating for six
- Bedroom one on the first floor is a spacious room with a king size bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and en suite WC and wash basin. Double doors open onto a small private balcony
- Family bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC
Second Floor:
- Bedroom two on the second floor has exposed beams and timbers. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe
- Bedroom three on the second floor is a double bedroom with chest of drawers and wardrobe with en suite shower room which can be used by one room or privately by both rooms.
- Study or snug area in which there is also a sofa bed

- There is a small balcony with tables and chairs. Blenheim Park is 5 minutes walk.
