Thank you Simon for your detailed review. We do wish you’d mentioned some of your concerns whilst you stayed so we’re able to address the issues immediately . I will list how we plan to have some of the issues you mentioned addressed: 1. We all agree that the proximity of the yoga studio to the White House is not ideal, however we are a complex and most visit us to partake in our classes as well. Due to our central location, we do not have the space to move the studio but it does mean that you are within walking distance of everything that you need / desire but equally are removed from the noise of the harbour. In any case, we will be building a shaded area over the pool deck that will link in to a greenery (palms flowers) the divider between the White House and the stairs to the yoga studio. As a note to current guests there is currently palm trees between but they are still short as we grow everything ourselves here. 2. Underneath this shade we will be increasing the outdoor seating/lounging area. Please note there is currently a 12 seater table on the gallery also. 3. I have already asked our yoga instructor to be sure she closes the door I am very sorry about that. 4. The bedrooms are purposefully different to offer varied accommodation to family’s. There is a twin room, 3 queen rooms and 1 king room. All have adequate storage drawers / wardrobes, most have far more than normally would be needed. 5. I had no idea you did not have hot water in one of the showers, I wish you had mentioned it so we could have sorted it for you immediately. I believe the issue was that you were turning the tap the wrong way as there does not seem to be a problem with it. 6. Although we have a minimum of 10 of everything in the kitchen, 2 stoves and 2 freezers, I will happily add more utensils and crockery. And lastly, the noise from the yoga room. I am very sorry that you found it intrusive and “horrific”. I would like to let future guests know that kids karate class is twice a week at 4pm and finished by 5pm. The rest of our classes are yoga classes that are most definitely not loud.m or intrusive. However I realise that if you are sensitive to noise then perhaps it would be frustrating for you.
