Spacieuse maison de plage familiale avec grande piscine privée. Récemment mis à jour et professionnellement décoré avec de nouveaux meubles, décor et accessoires. Facile d'accès et à pied de l'océan, plage, restaurants, bibliothèque Surfside, parcs, terrains de jeux, lacs, et plus encore.
L'espace de pont abondant de la maison de plage offre un environnement accueillant pour se détendre et visiter. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec des fournitures de cuisine pour faciliter les repas faits maison. L'île du centre de granit peut accueillir confortablement 7 et la table à manger de la cuisine peut accueillir 6 de plus.
La maison de plage est nettoyée professionnellement avant votre arrivée et lors de votre départ. Propriétaire géré et disponible pour plus de détails et de questions.

Excellent time

Great time had by all. Pool was well used and clean. Walk to the beach was easy. House was well stocked with what you need. Kitchen had more dishware then you could hope for if you want to cook. All around GREAT

Fun Beach

Like the setup with bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor living areas. The walk to the beach was fine and the entrance to the beach is good, only 5 steps on stairs. Having Directv was good. We used our ROKU streaming device since TVs are not smart TVs. Liked being able to walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, and Surfside Pier. The beds and linen were good. The appliances are all good. My app would not let me contact host once we got there, but we didnt have any problem, so it was all right. We liked being on the corner.

Spring Break 24

We had a great time at the beach. The house was less than 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access. The house was well kept, clean and a in very nice area. We felt it was a safe area we walked to the park, Benjamin’s, the pier and to a local farmers market. We had 8 adults and 3 children the space was very comfortable with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool. A great time was had by all

Needs an update

This house was ok… parking was great! The house had a dirty feeling about it. I feel it’s too much for the house for what we got… had to wash towels everyday. Dryer barely worked. Comforters on all the beds felt dirty beds were not comfortable. House came with no dish soap or hand soap. Had to go and buy some from the store. Rented lots of houses with big groups and this was the first for me. The coffee maker was broken and disgusting. I had to clean it thoroughly, just very disappointed with the cleanliness .

What a beautiful home— you’ll want to move in forever!! It was extremely comfortable and professionally decorated— the kitchen was fully stocked and amenities were perfect for our family I also appreciated the quick responses from the owner when contacted—the perfect vacation!!

Large Family loved it!

I booked this home for our large family of 14. 8 adults and 6 children (ages 1-7) it was perfect! We enjoyed mornings by the pool and on the deck then afternoons at the beach + more pool time. It was a short walk to the beach or to local restaurants/parks. Jay the owner was very responsive to messages and making recommendations when requested. We would book again!

Great property for large families, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge, and perfect for large families with so many full bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is the best part!! We were a block from the beach, in a very friendly and diverse neighborhood. Clean, great parking, convenient, and excellent service/communication from the host too! I’d definitely recommend.

Great Location

Great location. House could have been cleaner. Pool was a big hit with my grandkids after spending time at the beach. Washer and dryer were much appreciated. Well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Easy access to house with code.

We ALL had a wonderful time!!! The house was very comfortable and clean, it was roomy enough to fit all 10 of us. The kids just loved having the pool and the outdoors showers. They enjoyed riding their bikes to the parks and surrounding areas. Going to the beach was very easy and a lot of fun there. We also enjoyed some of the attractions around the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat!!! We definitely had 4 very tired kids when we got home!!! I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a house to rent this one!!!

Great house for Family Vacation

The bedroom to bathroom ratio is amazing in this house and worked so well for our whole family. The location is great and the pool was nice to have if you dont want to haul everything to the beach for the day. Kitchen is well stocked, and ample room for whole family meals.

But not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Definitely could have used a better cleaning. Porch door wouldn’t stay closed and blew open with the breeze. Small problem with palmetto bugs. Great location though.

Our vacation house was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The pool was lovely and the rooms were well appointed. We would highly recommend this house and we’d like to come again. The addition of a grill would’ve made the house and A+

Amazing Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful vacation experience in Surfside. The home was perfect and the owner was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fun golf cart rides to get ice cream in the evenings. I’ve stayed in many vacation homes but this one was perfect in every way! I highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this house. The property was exactly as described in the online listing and was in impeccable shape. It had all of the amenities that we needed for our vacation and was a few minutes walk to the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect vacation rental!!!

My family & I were very impressed with this house. It was very spacious, very clean, & decorated beautifully. The location was perfect & anything we needed was a short drive away. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach & the family time in the pool & especially the quiet evening sitting in the rocking chair watching all the geese. From our family to yours...Thank you!

This property has a great layout and plenty of space for large families. The owners were extremely accommodating and available quickly for all of our questions. The location is perfect for just a short walk to the beach. We will be back soon and we highly recommend this property.

Another great week in Surfside!

This is our second year in Surfside Beach staying at this house. It was another great experience - house is well equipped and perfect for us - 2 families with kids ranging in age from 16 to 22. The location can’t be beat - easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Jay, the homeowner was wonderful to work with I would highly recommend this house for any large group looking for an easy, enjoyable vacation!

No reason to look anywhere else - stay here. FIVE STARS!

Everything was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for large gatherings. Outdoor deck and patio areas were awesome. Pool was perfect. Property was clean and updated. Highly recommended!
