Once you enter the living room, you will find there a comfy sofa and two armchairs where you can sit back and relax after a long day, there is also a convenient coffee table and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained throughout your stay.



The modern and open-plan kitchen has the following kitchen appliances a stove, an oven, a microwave, a juicer, a dishwasher, cooking basics, and silverware.



The dining area is suitable for up to 8 guests, so there is no doubt that you can gather everyone and enjoy a homemade dish together.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

There are 4 bedrooms on the property. The Master bedroom and the second bedrooms are offering a double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 double and 1 single, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a single bed.



There are 3 bathrooms available. The first bathroom is fitted with a half bathtub, while the other two bathrooms are equipped with cabin showers.



Laundry and Extra Appliances

The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

ALTIDO Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

With its gardens that hide the villas from prying eyes, the sea that laps the cliffs on which they rest, and the small beach surrounded by green hills, Mulinetti can well be defined as an oasis of peace where you can immerse yourself in the blue sea and the green of the pine forest while you breathe the scent of the sea tanning on the shore.
