Ideally situated in a busy area - the centre of Lisbon, 3 Bedroom Apartment in Baixa with River View offers a patio. It is situated 350 yards from Rossio and features free WiFi plus a 24-hour front desk.

This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, providing wireless internet, with a cozy living room, dinning space, working area and a spacious kitchen.

Dona Maria II National Theatre is 450 yards from the apartment, while Ribeira Market is 1.3 miles from the property.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Baixa, which is a trendy neighbourhood in the center of Lisbon. You will be located in an charming area, with restaurant and cafés, 2 min walking from the Tejo river and with easy access to the main attractions of the city.

Getting Around:
Close to the apartment is the ROSSIO and BAIXA CHIADO subway station, part of the green/blue line. From the airport you can take the subway directly to the flat, changing lines in ALAMEDA station. It will take 30 minutes.

Nice location, but missed on some easy things

Have to pick keys up from a different location, also not highlighted in the description was the apartment was up 5+ flights of stairs. Deterred us from coming in and out. No toilet paper, or hand soap. One of the floor fans wasn’t working, had to wait two days for a new one. Company did not respond to texts prior to check in. Location is nice, and apt was clean.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was highly negative due to multiple issues that affected both my arrival and overall comfort. Incorrect Keys Provided Upon arrival, the keys left in the boxlock were not the correct ones. I had to wait over an hour while trying to contact support and explain that the keys did not match the apartment. As proof, one of the incorrect keys remained unused throughout my stay, while later another key was placed in the boxlock in an attempt to suggest that I had not taken all of them initially. It is evident that these boxes do not have enough space to leave multiple sets unnoticed, meaning all available keys are inevitably retrieved when opened. Lack of Clear Guidance and Miscommunication I provided photos of the keys, doors, and entry point, yet your team even questioned whether I was at the correct building. The reference photo you had did not show the floor number, while mine clearly did. It is highly improbable to be at a different building with identical doors and specifications. Poor Building Conditions and Safety Concerns The property itself is in very poor condition. The stairs and handrails were loose, giving the impression of an abandoned building. Additionally, the neighboring building was under heavy construction, generating constant noise and dust. This was never disclosed beforehand, preventing guests from making an informed decision about whether

Dear Ali, we must respectfully disagree with the claims made. Your reservation was from 16th to 23rd December. On the check-in date, you contacted us regarding the lock, and we responded immediately with instructions to assist. We did not receive further communication that day indicating you were unable to access the property. Only two days after the stay dates, you informed us that you had left shortly after arrival. We requested photo or video evidence of the alleged issues so we could properly investigate, but none was provided despite follow-ups. The listing photos accurately reflect the property, and the location is clearly shown on the map before booking. We are always happy to resolve genuine concerns when reported at the time, but without evidence or the opportunity to assist during the stay, we are unable to validate these claims.

Appartements idéalement placé en plein centre. Deuxième salle d’eau un peu petit. Je recommande la location de cet appartement que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Petit bémol sur le manque de climatisation mais mise à disposition d’un ventilateur dans chaque chambre.

schlechte Schlüsseluebergabe

Die 4.Etage ist wegen fehlendem Aufzug für ältere Menschen sehr mühsam. Die Schlüssel Übergabe ist eine Zumutung. Am Ort erhielt man telefonisch einen Code. Anschließend 2 km durch die Stadt zu einer unbedeutenden Nebenstraße in eine Kneipe. Dort die Schlüssel Übergabe. Erinnert an ein Kinderspiel " Schnitzeljagd". Das gleiche Spiel sollte beim Auschecken erfolgen...eine Frechheit !! Wir haben die Schlüssel gut sichtbar auf den Tisch gelegt, fotografiert, als Email verschickt und die Tür hinter uns geschlossen.

Not as nice as it looks

The best word for this apartment is that it was shabby. Although I feel confident that it was cleaned before we got there, it never really felt clean. Everything was very drab and just sort of sad looking. There were some small plastic packets of soap and shampoo. It was not inviting and nothing in the kitchen.. No decorations to speak of. Nice central location. I worried that it would get noisy at night, but we really didn't have a problem with that. This was rather expensive and I was expecting more.

Først og fremmest, så er beliggenheden fantastisk. Selve lejligheden er dog lille og indgangen til opgangen sker gennem en lille butik. Næsten ingen plads og stor forvirring om der er åbent om aften eller ej. Opgangen er slidt og lugtede af urin. Selve lejligheden er mindre end billeder viser. Soveværelserne er fine, mens stue og køkken ikke giver god plads til 6 voksne. Det ene badeværelse er så småt, at det kniber med at kunne sidde på toilettet samtidig med, at døren er lukket. Varmtvandsbeholderen er så lille, at 6 voksne ikke kan bade efter hinanden og altanerne kan ikke bruges - de er for smalle.

Even though one might think they would spend a lot of time out in Lisbon you still spend time at your apartment. The unit above this apartment must have a lot of children or a lot of people. There was almost constant feet pounding on the ceiling. It was very annoying. The main door lock at the street doesn't work well. One could easily get locked out. You have to spend a lot of time jiggling the key if someone locks the door on you. The other people that live in the building leave it unlocked constantly. Anyone could come in from the street so make sure your individual door is locked. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful place in excellent location!!

Me and three of my friends chose this place because of its location.we arrived and the place was spectacular. It is updated very clean, and had more than enough space.the host that greeted us was such a delight. He was very friendly and accommodating.this would be the only place we will stay when we return to Lisbon next year. There were clean towels,a greeting package, and fast WiFi.I advise that you park in cheaper parking 1 1/2 miles away and Uber to the apartment.We have absolutely no complaints about our stay and recommend to everyone searching for a place close to it all.
