The Villa was perfect for our large family group ranging from age 2 to age 82. The property was as described and is very much home from home with lots of family extras available for general use. The pool is a real bonus with a large patio & covered seating area. There is also an enclosed garden. Alex is the most helpful and communicative host I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is managed by a lovely lady called Debbie who is equally helpful. Highly recommend the property.

We had nice and relaxing stay at the property - both villa and surroundings were very nice. The villa was exactly as described, with enough space for everyone in our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Swimming pool was a highlight of our stay - it helped us to survive two heatwaves, when temperature reached 40 C. The grounds are very well maintained and have a lot of various plants. And communications with the host were very efficient and prompt! We highly recommend the villa!

Had a wonderful stay, the pool and pool table were used daily! Particularly loved sitting in the morning with a coffee and admiring the view from the lounge.

Perfect.

We had a short stop over in Xativa and what a place to stay at. The villa was perfectly appointed, with everything you could ask for (if only we could have stayed longer). The check-in process was straight forward and easy and the villa very comfortable. We will definitely be booking here again and would highly recommend it to everyone .

Little hidden gem

Set in a stunning location, this villa has been one of our best holidays. The owner has thought of everything. Our kids vary between 3 and 20 and all had an enjoyable time. Thank you Alex and Debbie

A great spot for some peace & quiet

This is a good sized house. Great pool/patio area with a garden beyond. The house is over two levels which gives a separate area for kids/separate families to work. We loved the pool, we had extremely hot weather and the a/c was a lifesaver! The area is quite quiet and off the tourist beat, even rural, Xàtiva is a small town but the castle is a great one to visit. Good value and epic views from the top.

Fantastic accommodation in a tranquil setting.

From the start, Alex was outstanding, especially in the recent circumstances and not being certain we would get there with Covid-19 restrictions on flights. Alex called regularly, messaged to keep us up to date and gave loads of information on both the villa and local area. When we arrived (late flight so nearly midnight!) he still called to make sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful, large spacious villa, absolutely spotless, fantastic pool and outdoor area, all mod cons- both the air con and pool were a godsend in, at times 33 degrees heat! Easy access to town, friendly locals and loads to do. We will book again for certain! Thanks for having us- Lisa, Stuart and Anna 😁

Beautiful villa with stunning pool and garden area

This villa is beautiful, the pool especially - very refreshing with the high temperatures we had over the Summer. We were very impressed with all the facilities, the house was very well equipped and felt more like a ‘home from home’ rather than the more basic equipment found in many rental properties. There are too many positives about this property to name them all so we'll just tell the ones we liked the best. Looking out to the beautiful, green garden with trees for shade - there is always somewhere in the garden you can get shade but numerous umbrellas are provided as well. The enormous TV - great for watching ‘The Tour de France’. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms 👏🏻🌟👏🏻🌟👏🏻. The extra drinks fridge. 🥤🍷🥃🥂🍻🍺 The house was so easy to clean (in fact, it didn’t really get dirty). The outside table, which was great for eating outside at anytime and for an evening glass of wine. The location - we loved going into Xàtiva and the challenge of the hills for cycling. Again, the pool - we brought a volleyball net with us and played everyday - this was great because you could stand up anywhere in the pool and superb for early morning lengths with only the birds for company. Thank you so much and I hope that one day we get the opportunity to return.

Une maison facile à vivre

Excellent accueil par debbie, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions avec le sourire. La maison est bien équipée en jeux (Ping Pong, billard etc..) 4 belles chambres dont une sans climatisation mais au rdc. Belle piscine de profondeur de 1,5 m pour jouer Espace extérieur agréable mais manque d espaces ombragés

Lovely villa in beautiful location

Had a great fortnight in this villa which is very well equipped and caters for everything you need and is located in a beautiful area. Debbie was brilliant and on hand if you needed anything and had the place in tip top condition when we arrived and was helpful with suggestions of good restaurants etc. The pool table was good to have as the weather was quite changeable and there are plenty of games and English tv to enjoy.

A lovely stay

We had an excellent stay, the villa was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The grounds and pool were amazing. The villa is very well maintained and has great facilities. Definitely recommend. The owner provided great customer service and was always available. Xativa is close by and great to visit. I will be going back :-)

Die Kommunikation war super! Alex antworte schnell und half uns bei allen Fragen. Die Villa liegt traumhaft schön, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns in den fast 2 Wochen jeden Moment genießen lassen. Wir wurden herzlich von Debbie empfangen, wodurch ab dem ersten Augenblick unser Urlaub begonnen hat. Uns bleibt nur zu sagen:"Vielen Dank für alles!"

Perfect escape

This place is immaculate, spacious and fully kitted out with everything you could want. We arrived to escape the Covid madness and it was perfect but consequently we didn’t go out to local tourist attractions. The pool is fantastic and the pool table had a lot of use too. The house is positioned in the middle of the most beautiful countryside great for walking and running. We even took cover from a thunder storm in a nearby Neolithic cave. Debbie was so friendly and helpful and Alex was at the end of the phone to offer advice when we were let down by the car hire at Valencia airport. A fabulous holiday and luckily we got back into the UK 20 mins before the 14 day quarantine began.

Besser geht es nicht

Das Objekt ist ein Traum . Debbie als auch Herr Grimwood haben uns bestens betreut besser nicht möglich. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen das beste was wir je besucht haben . Vielen vielen Dank nochmal an Debbie und Herr Grimwood 😄
