La Florida is located in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen just minutes away from the old Harbour by foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars & Playa Chica beach within walking distance. There is a supermarket next door. The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's pool. Sun beds are provided for pool side relaxation. The apartment is on the south side of the complex on the first floor with a sunny balcony that enjoys sea views. 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport.

Access to the apartment is made simple & flexible with a key lock and our management company are at hand if help is needed. The main town of Puerto Del Carmen is a 15 minute walk away and the Biosphera shopping centre is a 5 minute walk.

Just home from a fantastic 3 night break staying at the la Florida apartments, apartment was great had everything you need and more! Like home from home 🥰 location was perfect for us as we love the old town and playa chica beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you

The apartment is well equipped and located, it has all necessary for a comfortable stance, supermarket very near, a lot of kind of restaurants and shops. It has very good communication to visit any point in the island. The owners are very polite and helpful.

Stayed here for 10 days, apartment is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants and the hiperdino supermarket is next door. The apartment was a generous size and the balcony comes with a sea view. There were 3 of us staying there and although the bedding and towels for the third person was not left out, within less than an hour it was sorted. Also accommodated us with an early check in and later check out which we appreciated. Can get a little warm in the apartment as there isn't air-conditioning but there are fans. Overall, lovely stay in this apartment.

Good position, supermarket is invaluable underneath, easy walk to new and old town. Decent size pool, no bins on complex area. Washing machine useful in bathroom but is narrow to pass and the bedroom door very tight and difficult to open and close otherwise lovely clean apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly modern. There was excellent communication from the owners with clear instructions for access. The airport bus, 161, stops just up the road and there is a well stocked supermarket below the complex. My only suggestion for improvement would be the soft furnishings. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great property and location

Can’t say anything bad about it. The only picky things are no air con but not a problem for us and walls are a bit thin but everyone there was quiet. Had to get in contact with the host to ask if we could keep our bags anywhere as it was a late flight home but they came back quickly giving us a late checkout. Amazing.

Unhappy holidaymakers!

Sorry we were very disappointed with this apt !! view is half a building and wee sea view balcony hadn't had good clean in ages ! overall we paid to move 5days into our holiday!

The view from the balcony is as shown in the photo. If the balcony wasn't clean this could have been due to the frequent Calimas that occur in Lanzarote. It would have been good for us or our management company to have been contacted at the start of your stay as opposed to finding out 8 days in that you had just left. Our management company would have quickly dealt with any issues. The reasons provided behind your departure were unfortunately very cryptic, maybe next time just explain the issue when there is time to resolve it.

A very pleasing apartment

We had a lovely three weeks in this comfortable apartment. It is in a good location; very close to the wonderful old town area, with its' huge range of bars and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The La Florida complex is extremely well maintained. It is spotless. The nearby SuperDino supermarket is a godsend-- so convenient. The balcony area is a suntrap and at times we were so grateful for the large umbrella. Contact with the owner is first class and you feel well looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that while we were there we booked again for next year.
