Making the most of its fantastic position, this gorgeous three-bedroom penthouse overlooks Newquay's iconic Fistral Beach and features a modern and spacious interior with incredible sea views.

Laid out over the third floor of a luxury development, the open plan living area of this home is bright and airy with floor to ceiling glass inviting plenty of natural light into the space. Three large bedrooms provide ample space for six guests and the beautiful master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite shower room, flat screen TV and Bose Wave System III. The two additional bedrooms have built in wardrobes with one being furnished with a king size bed and the other with twin beds.

An attractive and very well-equipped kitchen has an oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and separate wine cooler. Granite worktops and gloss units add to its high-spec and offer a great space to create delicious home cooked meals in. For sociable evenings there is a modern dining table with seating for six.

Newquay town with its plethora of bars, restaurants and shops is close by, with Fistral Beach itself being just a few minutes from the apartment. Well-known for its surf culture, a visit to North Cornwall would not be complete without taking to the water. Several surf schools as well as water sports hire companies operate in the area and cater to all levels of ability from beginner to pro. For those who'd prefer to keep their feet dry, there are many fantastic walks along the South West Coast path not to mention a famous golf course, aquarium, zoo and harbour to explore.

New Year in Newquay

Loved the apartment so much. The views are breathtaking and we spent hours simply gazing out at the ever changing sea. It’s a lot bigger than it seems in the photos - especially the bedrooms, all three are very spacious. Everything you need is in walking distance. We would highly recommend Ginger & Joe, Graze Tapas and the Lewinnick Lodge for food. Check in was simple, the super team were always on hand if we had a question. We shall definitely be back!

One Fine Stay at Fistral

Fantastic accomodation - spacious, clean and has everything one needs to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Great location for beach and not far to work to town. Good parking bay. Shame about the seagulls though, Highly recommend this property.

Stunning views

We had stayed in the property below the Penthouse previously so knew the view would be amazing. The location cannot be faulted with stunning views across Fistral Beach. Good parking and excellent facilities. Very comfy apartment with lots of space.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay. This was a stunning apartment with spectacular views of Fistral Beach. The apartment had everything and more for the whole family. Great location, high spec furnishings and overall we couldn't fault anything. It was really comfortable, from the beds to the reclining leather chairs where we could sit and watch the waves and enjoy the views. Check in process was easy and had good communication before and during our stay. We'll hopefully come back soon!

Fantastic view over fistral

The location of this apartment is excellent - overlooking Fistral beach. Parking outside was really helpful. Apartment was a great size and the lounge / dining room over looking the beach was amazing. Beds a little soft for our taste but conscious that’s personal.

Penthouse with a view

Extremely large appartment with fabulous view and location. Everything required for a long stay with lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, books, puzzles, music and tvs (main TV excellent sound and picture but you best plug in your computer for streaming), washer, dryer, household necessities in abundance. Bedrooms have plenty of space, open plan kitchen diner and lounge is vast. Outdoor storage for surfboards extremely useful (needed fixing and was). As was Shower cubicle to get sand off. Oh, and able to check surf while eating breakfast. Really lucky with the weather and if it had been bad this is a good place to be.

Stunning apartment in perfect location

We loved the apartment so much we booked an extra night as didn’t want to leave ! Everything you could possibly want is there and a lot more besides. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring the area and the views from the gorgeous lounge windows are stunning. Loved sitting in the very comfy cream recliners watching the surfers. Everything about the apartment is lovely. Beautifully furnished and decorated. We instantly felt right at home. Plenty of space and a great sound system. The tv looked great but we didn’t put it on as watching the surfers was entertainment enough ! I have already recommended the apartment to friends and hope to return. Thank you.

Excellent location family apartment

Good check-in and property manager. Some maintenance and fixture and fittings issues that prevent this property being ‘luxury’ - door and window handles very poor in general, and problem with the patio doors meant we couldn’t access the outside area (which we were informed about). Need a bit of TLC in places. But view and location was amazing. Facilities great. Extra fan in third bedroom would be useful especially as door couldn’t be opened. Would recommend for a peaceful family holiday in a brilliant location overlooking Fistral beach.
