Beautiful place just a few things that could have made it a 5 star. This place was very clean. A couple of weird things. They provided dishwasher pods but there is no dishwasher. They provide salt and pepper shakers but no salt and pepper. No info about what kind of coffee pot was available and no coffee or coffee filters provided. Lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases. Over all it was a great stay. Beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Great pool area. The pool was a little dirty but still swimmable.

The place is remodeled, but you can tell it is older. Obviously being near the coast and it being and older space, the downstairs gets very humid. The bathroom could be cleaner, but overall, it was a great space. All the items you would need to cook are provided. Easy walk to the beach. Check in process was super easy and the host was very responsive. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Carpet not so clean would recommend same flooring as downstairs. 2 chairs instead of 1 off bedroom balconies would also be better. Overall a very enjoyable relaxing home away from home!

Great location! Rest is just ok

Firstly, it’s a beachside rental. Expect sand. And lots of it! You will need to sweep multiple times during your stay. The location is great. Pool is good. The rest is fine. Initial cleanliness was fine. Condo is spacious enough, but outdated and furniture is old. It’s adequate. But only adequate. While the balcony is a neat feature, winds and sand made it unusable. Would recommend for the price.

The place is beautifully decorated, the community is welcoming, and the location next to the beach really cannot be beat. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and everyone around was friendly and got to know each other (though they would absolutely let you be if you aren’t the social type). There was a big wind storm that messed with the doorbell and maintenance came out quickly and were friendly and helpful.

Too Dirty!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture in the living room was disgustingly dirty, all the way to the throw pillows, stains all over. I did not even want my grandkids to sit on it. And the entire carpet from the stairs up was just as bad! But what I'm guessing is dog pee stains all over the upstairs was ridiculous! No one was walking around without some type of shoe or Sox. It all seriously needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced! I've stayed in others at El Constantine and others with Padre Escapes, and this one really grossed me out!

We had such anamazing stay! The condo was perfect. Easy access to the beach, amazing views. Loved the locatio . We had a family of 6 and had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. I didn't think I was a beach person, but this trip changed my mind!

So we came back...upon entering our condo, we could see it wasn’t as clean as it should be, the floors and downstairs bathroom sink were dirty, the carpet was disgustingly stained, there was even a Q tip on the floor of the master bedroom, the supervisor of cleaning came and cleaned it up, not a super first impression...Prior to arriving we were offered a discount to arrive a day early, then we booked a night longer and once we’d booked, we got an offer for a discount for one more night but no discount on the night we did extend our stay...ugh
