Detached villa situated in walking distance to the beach. Beatiful garden, swimming pool, 4 bedroom spacious villa with 2 floors and fully fenced plot of land with 2230m2. Very private. Air-Conditionig. Wi-Fi. TV. Beach Towels included.
Parking.
On 1 st floor: spacious living room, fully equipped open space kitchen, dinning area, bathroom, laundry room and pantry. Direct access to terrace with exterior furniture, exterior dinning area, BBQ and swimming pool with sunbeds.
On 2nd Floors: 3 Bedrooms all with private bathrooms. In the garden wooden house with double bed and private bathroom.
Nearest supermarket is 400m away. Nearest town - Armação de Pêra is in 1 km away with all shops, restaurants and all other facilities.
