Luxury 3 bedroom detached villa with large private pool. The villa is fully air conditioned and has free Wifi. The ground floor has a spacious open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area and TV with Netflix, Shower room and WC. Upstairs is the family bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can be set up with twin or queen beds. Pool area comprises of 6 sun loungers, a table and 6 chairs plus barbecue and kitchen area. Also outside is a large shaded area with comfortable seating and additional dining table to seat 8. The villa is situated within a 5 minute walk to sandy beaches, a supermarket, bars and restaurant. There is a large play park and amphitheater which often hosts local celebrations and the bus stop that takes you into Ayia Napa is only a few minutes walk away. The bus stops at numerous places including Water Park, Nissi Beach and Macronissos where you will find a large selection of good quality traditional and international bars and restaurants.

Amazing Vila

An amazing villa and amazing people. We have stayed in three villas previous and this was the best!! The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dinning areas were fab. The host went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Thanks again x

Incredible value for money

we stayed there for a week as a group of 5, and honestly the photos don’t do this property justice, it is very very nice and for the cost, we were very impressed, 10 minute drive from the square, taxi is 25 euros each way, nothing bad to say

Lovely family week away

The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach.

Lovely Villa and Pool

We had a very relaxing family holiday in this lovely spacious villa. The pool size was great! and sun in the garden all day. Cold water dispenser was a god send. Peaceful surroundings. The property manager was extremely helpful. A wonderful all round stay

Fantastic Villa

You will not be disappointed with this Villa . The villa itself has everything you need and more. The outside pool area is amazing, huge pool ,outside fridge, plenty of seating areas so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. Excellent communication with the hosts , Lovely lady Wendy the Manager called in to see us to check we had everything we needed and not forgetting the pool man , a really nice and friendly guy . I have already recommended this villa to family who are looking for somewhere to stay next year. We were more than happy with our stay and will look to return again

Family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa was everything we needed and the pool was excellent. You really need a car here as there is only one shop and a bar/restaurant within easy walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but has a rocky entrance to the sea so water shoes are needed. We drove to other beaches within 5 mins which were all sandy. The wifi was great and useful to research things to do in the area online. We went on day trips to Troodos mountains, Limassol area and Nicosia. We also went on a boat trip from Agia Napa harbour and hired a boat from Konnos bay. None of us wanted to come home!

Great villa with fantastic outdoor space

We had a great 6 week stay at this practical spacious villa. Inside the beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the kitchen is well equipped. Outside is a great space with lots of various seating areas (shade & sunny) & a lovely large pool and an outside fridge. The sun is on the pool from around 8-3pm then for the sun lovers you can sit around the front for an extra hour or two. We had a car, which I would highly recommend as aiya Napa, Pernera, protaras & Kapparis are well worth a visit and all have fab restaurants- However, there is a bus stop at the end of the road that will take you to these resorts. Locally there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but the better ones are further afield. This is a great villa for a lovely family holiday and the owner was always prompt with any questions and resolving issues- we were all delighted with our stay.

Das Haus und Ausstattung sind super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Auch alle Rückfragen wurden schnell, freundlich und gut beantwortet. Einzig die in der Nähe verlaufende Küstenautobahn ist zu hören (auch nicht sehr laut, aber eben immer da).

This is a lovely Villa the pool area and seating areas are amazing . Spotless clean and everything you could need for a week away . You will need car as only things in walking distance one shop and restuarant , Lovely places to eat in less than 5 mins drive and taxis so easy to get on the main road

Vi har haft en skøn ferie i dette lækre hus. Det har levet fuldt op til vores forventninger og poolen var helt fantastisk. Værten (Wendy) var virkelig sød og imødekommende. Hun kom forbi et par gange bare for at se, om alt var som det skulle være. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted🤩

Very pleased with the villa pool and gardens which were beautiful. Unfortunately the air conditioning on the ground floor was broken from the time we arrived .I contacted your rep about it on our second day. Was told not to expect it to be repaired which left us totally uncomfortable especially in temperatures well over 30. I also mentioned that the irrigation system was broken but we were watering the plants which said not to bother with . Fortunately my son in law managed to fix it.
