Charming and modern villa in Son Park. 4 bedrooms, all with A/C, 3 bathrooms, two of them suite. Large and comfortable living room and full equipped kitchen.

Located in a quiet area of the urbanization, it has a long porch right next to the pool area perfect for summer days.
Just a short walk from the beach and very close to the golf course.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
