Right next to the apartment, you will find the famous Lx Factory where you can find various restaurants, cafes and stores. The Lx Factory public parking with a cost of 2âŹ/day is also next to the apartment

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
