My husband and I took our adult children to revisit childhood memories biking, hiking, and floating the river. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. It's hard to trust photos, but this house is just as stunning in real life. There is so much storage and room for everything and everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for even the most serious of chefs. We saved money and made our own meals, enjoying them on the large beautiful deck. The bikes and SHARC passes were an added bonus!
We loved the vibe of the house, the bedrooms were all beautiful with tall ceilings and great beds. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and being able to see the hot tub and back deck, especially if you have kiddos. Loved the fireplace! House is in a cul de sac which is was also great for when the kids wanted to go outside. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this lovely and well-appointed property. The back deck was amazing and shaded in the evenings. The bed in the master was firmer than my taste, but other than that everything was great; the property manager was responsive when we contacted them with a couple of requests. We would definitely stay here again.
A perfect home for our getaway (family of 6). Exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and linens! The kitchen had a lot of spices and was well stocked. The cookware was a great quality brand, but definitely could be replaced (Teflon was starting to come off the bottom of the pans into our food). The house has AC too which is nice for hotter days. The hot tub was very well maintained and super clean as well. The bikes were in good condition and we super enjoyed the SHARC passes. Thank you!
Beautifully updated kitchen/living room, pool passes, and huge deck were big bonuses. Loved having access to bikes (including locks!)!! Rooms were nice and well-appointed. Hot tub was great! Near bike paths to explore all Sunriver has to offer.
This was a great house for our vacation. Large, spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Fantastic hot tub, and the air conditioning was much needed. Bathrooms are dated, but fine. Weâd stay here again, for sure.
The place was perfect for my bday vacation. The house was well maintained, the hot tub was working well, the layout was very nice and was in close proximity to Sunriver facilities, trails and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and the people who maintained the house even were courteous to knock on the door to alert us that they would be turning off the irrigation system for the season and not be alarmed. Bed was great. Wish there was a shower in master bath, but using the shower in the shared area worked fine. Would definitely stay there again in the summer once this pandemic is over.
I loved the updated 1970s house. Nice spacious rooms. I would recommend updating dishwasher or giving it a good cleaning because the dishes don't get very clean and a lot of residue. BUT the hot tub is new and amazing and loved the close location to the Sunriver Grocery Store. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace so I would recommend an info sheet on that. The tub needs a good detailed cleaning and the toilet seat needs replacing since it's broken. I loved the retro design of the house. Loved the kitchen and all the utensils. We had a great stay and would stay again. Even learned how to play Backgammon.
Nice house and great location for Sunriver. Close enough to town to be bikeable, but not too close to be highly trafficked. Loud neighbors throwing a party on our last night, but great other than that.
2 Pioneer is one of our favorite rentals! The deck is private with lots of seating! The hot tub is clean and new! Beds and bedding were all clean and comfortable and we are super picky! Bathrooms are dated, but flow with the rustic vibe of the home. Kitchen was well stocked. There wasn't any utensil that we needed, that wasn't there. The master bath only has a tub, so we had to use the hallway bath for showers, but that did not impact our families stay whatsoever. Plus the home is equipped with a tankless hot water heater, so no running out of hot water! The A/C has dual zones and kept the house cool in the 90+ degree weather. The house mainly has tile flooring, except in the bedrooms, which is awesome when you have kiddos running in and out with wet swim clothes or snow boots. The driveway is huge, which came in handy when we had a friend passing by the area with a flatbed trailer hauling ATVs. SHARC is approximately 1.4 miles away, but we easily biked there and back daily. The house has six SHARC passes. The only thing we really, really wished this home had was a TV in the master bedroom. We found our favorite rental! We will be back to visit soon!
It all started with disgusting ovens. They were beyond cleaning. Owner knew about them. He did nothing. On day of arrival, we had no natural gas to have hot water, gas stove. Wasnât fixed until 9;30 pm. Again owner was notified of gas being off.
After golfing upon entering home ,we smelled natural gas. Once again Cascade Natural Gas showed up .He monitored some gas coming from a seal on hot water pipe. He told us it wasnât enough to cause harm to us. He put gas monitor in the inside wall. The seal was never fixed while in home. It was very disconcerting to have smelled gas in our rental. Bathroom toilet always ran, but no one showed up to fix it. Granted this is minor, but we were just tired of having to complain to contact people.
Delightful Setting with deer wandering next to the house in a beautiful setting. Close to bike paths and shopping but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Lots of fun and ammenities
