Villa Poseidon Bilo B in Torre Lapillo is a basic but cozy holiday home for 4 guests,
within walking distance from the beach. It`s equipped with a furnished
outdoor area and it was recently renovated. The holiday home Bilo B is
equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and mosquito nets. (It`s adjacent to the other unit of the complex Villa Poseidon for 4 guests: Bilo A)

holiday home Bilo B is ideal for holidays by the sea in Torre Lapillo.
The house, with a small outdoor area, consists of a bright living room with dining area, open kitchen and sofa. The sleeping area of Bilo B consists of a four-bed room (double bed and bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower. At the back of the house there is a courtyard with ourdoor dining area and shower.

apartment Bilo B is part of Villa Poseidon, a small complex for rent in
Torre Lapillo. This holiday home is in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo,
on the coast of Porto Cesareo, in South Italy. The city centre is 300
meters away, the beach is 500 meters away while the closest beach establishment is 1 kilometer away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Water not drinkable.
