We appreciated the sand toys and chairs in the closet and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the beach chair service and made sure we got down to the beach early enough to get a front row chair. All in all it was a perfect beach get away.

Great amenities, beautiful view!

We came for spring break and wish we could've stayed another week! Stan's condo was the cleanest rental we've ever used, which I really pay attention to because one of our kids has some allergies. There were enough beds for 4 kids & parents. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and there were cleaning supplies included to run the dishwasher, do laundry (easy to throw in a load by the front door while making food- a HUGE plus), and dustpan/broom to keep the floors clean from sand. Bathrooms had a supply of fluffy white towels and soap/toothpaste/mini shampoo so we didn't have to dig through our suitcases the night we got there to find ours we packed from home! The main room overlooks the pool, courts and beach, amazing views. Balcony has 4 chairs and I could still enjoy the sun while watching my family in the pool/playing on the courts while our youngest napped inside. With 4 kids ranging from 16 down to 4, we loved the included amenities- we played lots of pickleball, shuffleboard and tennis. All you have to do is stop in at the desk to sign out the supplies! We used the workout room as well. Much of our time was spent at the beach, and we were grateful for the chairs and fluffy beach towels included for us to use. Stan was quick to respond if I had any questions and his binder of helpful information was greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the condo, and had a memorable family trip. Hope to come back another year!

Everything you need

Everything was as described. Unit was clean and well-furnished. The high quality towels and toilet paper (yes, toilet paper quality matters!) were much appreciated. Really, everything was just a bit elevated from our typical Gulf rental experience which made for a great beach weekend. Though we didn’t use them because there were only two of us for a short stay (and we were lazy), it was super thoughtful for Stan to have so much beach gear available for the guests. Would definitely make traveling with a family so much easier than most other rentals.

Fun time and nice place!

Stan's place is as advertised. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We played tennis, enjoyed the ocean and the pool. Your are only a short walk to the beach and a short drive away from all the restaurants. We would stay with Stan again!

Family beach trip

We had a great experience (even with lots of storms) because the condo was so nice! My kids especially loved the surprise bowl of snacks and treats when we arrived. Stan was great with communication and very friendly! We hope to return soon!

Destin Getaway May 2023

The condo was beautiful! I loved all the beach decor! The water was so clear and beautiful blue..the sand was so white and pretty! We had a great time on the beach..the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella that we used daily. So many amenities in the condo. We will definitely book with Stan again!

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed this property. The condo and the facility met every expectation. The days are filled with tennis, pickleball, beach, pool, gym, and perfect for all ages. I would definitely recommend this condo. Stan was very attentive and our condo was stocked with basic essential needed, snacks and to hit the beach.

Amazing views!!! Great private location. Very nice complex and unit. Great decorations and furnishings. Plenty of room inside. Stan is a great host and communicated great the entire time. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is cared for by the Club, you are not dealing with an individual owner so you don't get specific instructions for the unit just rules for the whole club. I was a long term stay although for some reason things were broken down into individual months by the Club as far as notices, etc. which was annoying. If you read the previous reviews I found most things to be true; i.e. a little mold (which is normal for this area) the bed, the difficulty in finding the washer/dryer, etc. I figured the washer/dryer was in the outside storage room but there was no direction as to a key. You have to ask at the lobby desk and return it before you leave. The Club also tried to charge me extra cleaning fees (they called it interim cleaning) since I was a long term guest. I did not end up having to pay this since it was not disclosed prior to booking. Overall, I was very pleased with the unit and my stay, it was clean and I had everything I needed. Holiday Isle is a wonderful community, quiet, with lots to do and the Club was accomidating and friendly.

Great Coastal Condo on the Beach

We absolutely loved this condo. It was spacious and allowed plenty of room for our luggage and room to move around. The distance to the pool and beach was amazing. We appreciated the availability of carts to help bring luggage and groceries up from the car. When we checked in there was one trash can that had not been emptied, a random Goldfish cracker on the floor, and a very dirty broom/area around the broom in the utility closet. We took care of cleaning those things up and understand things can get overlooked. Otherwise everything was very clean. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a supply of beach towels, chairs and toys to use during our stay. We ended up purchasing all of those things once there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very disappointing start.... we paid a hefty fee for this property and looked forward to our spring break. Once we checked in and went to our room, the first thing we noticed was a bed missing. We were told the previous owner took it and the property wasn’t aware. My two boys ended up sleeping on an air mattress the entire trip... could have been worse but definitely not what we paid for. They did offer a small stipend to try to help but again, not what we signed up for. Property was good and rest of trip was ok too.... room could have been cleaner and we ended up cleaning/sweeping it again when we got it due to finding things out of place or still dirty.
