La résidence vient d'être entièrement rénovée et comprend 7 chambres, 5. 5 salles de bain, une spacieuse maison de style ranch pouvant accueillir 16 personnes, avec une cuisine ouverte contemporaine, un magnifique patio extérieur et de nombreux parkings. Il dispose d'un nouveau grand quai avec sa propre rampe de mise à l'eau, idéale pour les petits bateaux, les jet-skis, les kayaks, les paddleboards et la natation.

Cette merveilleuse retraite est un rapide 4 minutes à la I-90 sur la rampe, à 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Spokane et à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Coeur d'Alene. Il vous permet de profiter de toutes les activités récréatives et urbaines que le nord de l'Idaho a à offrir. Quelle que soit votre passion; golf, canotage, kayak, paddle boarding, pêche, randonnée pédestre, cyclisme, VTT, ski de neige, mobbing de neige, patinage sur glace .... tout est là pour que vous puissiez profiter!

Dans les 5 à 10 minutes, il y a des magasins locaux, un super centre, une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants. La station de Templin et le quai à gaz sont à 1/4 mile, où les bateaux ponton et les jet-skis sont disponibles à la location.

Welk Manor offre 2 suites master; un roi et une reine. Il y a 2 autres chambres King, avec 2 chambres à deux lits et une chambre à lits jumeaux. La chambre familiale a un canapé-lit.

Welk Manor possède également un bâtiment séparé très spacieux, idéal pour les réunions de groupe, les réceptions, etc. Il comprend une aire de jeu comprenant une table de billard, une table de ping-pong et une aire de service pour les réceptions.

La propriété et la mise en place sont très flexibles pour des besoins et des utilisations variés, de sorte qu'il soit disponible pour les familles, les organisations et les écoles sur une base plus longue et plus courte.

Great vacation

What a perfect week for our family get together. Not only was the house beautiful and spacious inside but having the dock to keep the boats was key. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Family and Friends

We hosted family and friends over 5 weeks including mother's 85th birthday. The management company was very responsive and they and the owner did a great job of preparing the home and providing useful information.

Wonderful House on the water

Our second trip to Welk Manor. Had a couple of minor house keeping issues but Amanda took care of them right away. Big house, very clean with its own huge yard and dock. Perfect house for swimming and enjoying the beautiful views from the house and yard.

Family Gathering

The house is beautiful and spacious on the inside and out. The game room is a hit and was used the entire time. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and all the bathrooms were perfect for our crowd. Even though it was too cold to get in the river, the views were prefect for the morning cup of coffee as well as the evening glass of wine. We will definitely be coming back and enjoying this beautiful property again!

Amazing location on the river - perfect for large group or family reunion

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday. This home was perfect for this event. The back lawn is huge - lots of yard games! There were kayaks and paddle boards as well as pool table, ping pong table and more!!! The drive to coeur d’Alene is about 10 minutes but we used the home mainly so it was not an issue. LOVED this beautiful home.

'Welk Manor' is a great river house for family gatherings.

Wonderful views of the river and all it's accompanying activity. From nature's sunrises and sunsets, the winds across the waters, visiting hummingbirds, robins, finches, Canadian geese, Mallard families and squirrels to the jet skiers, wake boarders, water skiers, couch riders, wave surfers, kayakers, paddle boarders, hydra foilers and those out for the calm early morning/sunset cruise... Great Property

Accommodated 11 really well. Close to grocery stores and town. River front was perfect because directly south is the dam and there is a no wake zone 100 feet west of the dock which meant less boat traffic and safer for kids tubing and jet skis. We were able to catch a bunch of small mouth bass from the dock using worm lures. None of them were bigger than 10 inches but fun none the less. Only feedback is we had to purchase basic supplies (paper towels and toilet paper) fairly quickly and wish it was stocked deeper.

Beautiful Property!

My family and I have been renting homes for family gathering for about 10 years. This house far exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked with everything you need, from the bathrooms to the kitchen. The Property Manager, Pam was great to work with. The Owners were very accommodating. We had plenty of room for 14 people. We loved the large yard for relaxing and playing games; so much we didn't need to leave the house for entertainment. The game room provided some lively competition. I can't say enough good things about this property. We hope to be back next year!

Posts Falls stay

We were very excited to arrive at the property, when we started checking things out we found we had to return to grocery store to buy additional items, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, & kleenex, we have been doing family reunions with VRBO for 10 years now and have never had to purchase these items. So needless to say we were a little disappointed, the view of the river was great as well as the back yard, book in the house mentioned putting away the pool sticks, but couldn't find the pool table and also the kayaks, we were told to put them back, but no kayaks!!!! We also saw you had the property for sale, so that must be the reason for neglect of the paying visiters.

Fantastic Family Reunion

Every few years we plan a family reunion for our extended family. We were a large group of 16 (9 adults/7 kids) that originally were looking to book a house on Lake Coeur d'Alene (CDA), but due to availability, we reserved the Welk Manor in Post Falls. We are very happy we made that decision! We had a tremendous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Some of the key highlights of the property that we loved included: - Ranch home and large flat lot were very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The kids played many hours of yard games. - The wonderfully renovated home provided a comfortable stay for all guests. The bathrooms and kitchen were renovated and completely stocked. Given we cooked every meal at the house, it was wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen, two dishwashers, and a large Weber gas grill to prepare all of our meals. - The location on the Spokane River was wonderful. We could boat and take the kids tubing right off our dock and also boat to Lake Coeur d'Alene when desired. The kids actually preferred tubing on the river due to the warmer water. On our last day, a kind neighbor even stopped by offering to take the kids out tubing again. - All of the toys at the house were wonderful! The kids and adults absolutely loved the 2 SUP's, 2 kayaks, ping pong, pool table, fire pit, and close proximity to Centennial Trail. There was non-stop entertainment for everyone. The kids had so much fun they hardly turned on the TV or used their electronic devices. I would highly recommend the Welk Manor for your next vacation.

Perfect River Location

This was our first family vacation on a "lake". I was last minute booking the trip and couldn't find a house on the actual lake, so I picked this Post Falls house on the river. What seemed like misfortune at the time, turned out to be the best decision of the trip. It turns out the river is best for boating, which we took advantage of every day of our stay. The house is older but has been remodeled and was suited very well for our family group of 7. Although we were on the river pretty much all day, the time we were at the house was spent mostly in the open concept kitchen area, which was very accommodating. The house is 3 properties down from a marina with fuel, which was great for filling up the boat and jet skis. There are 2 grocery stores minutes from the house. Overall this house was just what we needed for a fun family vacation. Even though this house has lots of pluses, I do think a few improvements would make this house much better, especially considering the rental price, which was very steep compared to pretty much anything else in the area. First, some of the beds have mattresses that are way too hard for the average sleeper. Also, the bedding and decor in the master is really old looking and detracts from the comfort, despite the beautifully remodeled master bath. We were so tired from playing on the river all day that we were able to sleep despite the beds. Overall this home was exactly what we needed for our family size, was great for keeping a boat and the location on the river was terrific. We don't usually return vacation because there are so many places to see, but for anyone looking in the area for a house to accommodate a large group, this is a good choice.

Wonderful location

Our family really enjoyed the location on the river which was much better than on the lake. Very little wind, great neighbors, wonderful access to the water, and a huge yard for games and the kids.

One-stop entertainment. Didn't have to leave the property for entertainment. Entire family and friends made a lot of memories. If possible thinking of doing it every year.

Beautiful place to visit any time of the year

We were very lucky to find this place in a last minute trip for our annual Family Christmas. We had originally planned Breckinridge but due to COVID restrictions we had to make a change. Everything was perfect and so beautiful. We were blessed with a beautiful snow just as we settled in our first day. So pretty to look out over the water and see the snow covered trees and mountains. Very clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

Riverfront Home provides a great family vacation setting

We loved our stay at the Riverfront Welk Manor. The property was extremely clean which is especially important during this time of Covid. I appreciated that most soap dispensers were new, unopened and there was a very nice welcoming gift on the counter when we arrived. The interior of the home had been recently remodeled and was nicely appointed. The yard was very spacious and quite private with wonderful water access and its own dock. The residence comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards which we put to good use during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is that some of the pans could be updated and we could not find a pizza cutter in the kitchen. Overall, though, a wonderful stay at a wonderful home!

Great property!

Awesome time! The house was amazing! We didn’t realize till the 3 rd day the huge garage was a giant Game Center with so many toys and games! I guess I should have read the “Welcome book” day 1!🤪🤷🏼‍♂️ We had 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone had their own bed. Great kitchen and living room. The patio was amazing with a fire pit to roast dogs and s’mores. Perfect for a cold drink after a great day in the water. The water in the Spokane is perfect until till about noon then it gets busy. The Boat traffic is definitely a factor To navigate from noon till 6pm then it calms back down. From sun up till noonish it is glass and gorgeous. After noon just plan on tubing in if you are on a ski boat then take a long brunch and then take a nap in the hammocks or in the air conditioned house. Have a early dinner because After 6 the water calms back down And head back out for a sunset cruise or ski/board/surf. I didn’t know that you can legally ski till 1 hr after dark. Where I’m from it’s 1/2 hr before sunset. Make sure you have your Idaho boating permit (online) and all your required boating required items like throw cushion, life jackets that fin for everyone, fire extinguishers, paddle, etc.. because you will get inspected by the DNR fish cops. I was inspected 4 times in 6 days. They are very nice but just want you to be safe and have fun. The river is tight and you have to stay 100’ from other boats and docks which can be challenging. If you surf the wave rocks the heck out of the floating docks among the river and people will give you a tongue lashing if you aren’t in the middle of the river. There are several great golf courses close by as well. We played Avondale and the Highlands both were awesome! (20 min from the house) I hope these tips help so rent this place and have a blast!

Fantastic place!

This is a great spot. Clean. Plenty of space and VERY easy if you're towing boats. We had two big boats and the access was perfect. There IS power near the dock, you'll need a 125'-150' cord if you need to plug in. Neighbors were actually nice!

Fantastic for large group

We had a great time at this property. We had 12 people and this property had room for all of us. Plenty of space for us all to hangout together. The game room was great to have and had lots of room for everyone to hangout and play different games at the same time. The property is back out of the way which was nice for privacy and the view was fantastic. The house was clean and nicely updated. It had a few lights out but that is something that is easily fixed and didn't effect our stay. I would highly recommend this home.

Awesome Lake Retreat

This house is incredible! The large lawn was great for games. Location was perfect close to stores and to downtown Coeur D Alene. Only downside was the size of the bedrooms downstairs, they are very small, but we didn't spend much time in them so that hardly matters. Would definitely stay here again, but would stay longer!!

Great house for our family get together.

Loved the fenced in yard which allowed the parents to relax while the kids played in the well maintained yard and having a fire pit each evening. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, nice BBQ grill, and enjoyed the 2 kayaks and paddle boards provided. We didn't use the playroom much due to it's proximity to the house and that the backyard was just too nice to do much else. Pam was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs and questions.

An awesome facility and location for family reunion/50th anniversary celebration

From the moment we entered the property, we absolutely knew our week there was going to be above what we expected! The provisions in the house were totally exceptional. The recreational equipment for time on the river and in the game room was awesome, never a dull moment for the children as well as the adults. Communication with Pam and Nancy was so appreciated, seriously wanting us to have an A+ experience and handling any problems that arose. We highly recommend the Welk Manor without reservation!
