Overall good location

Location is great - great views of the ocean. No lines provided which was fine, but the living room had several trash bags (that we assumed were filled with the linens normally used.). There were no trash bags provided (or paper towels) so we had to buy our own. TV/cable did not work very well. Bed was moderately comfortable. Overall the location is what made this property. The kitchen could use some updating.

Spectacular views!

This condo has an incredible, almost wraparound balcony, with totally killer, unobstructed views of the ocean- it’s also covered, so my husband and I spent almost every minute of our stay outside, eating meals, reading, people watching, and getting some sun! The decor inside the condo is so pretty, and it’s the perfect size for a couple- we loved the two bathrooms! Ian, the owner, was also incredibly nice and responsive when we had a couple of questions. All in all, this is a great location and the view is second to none.

Very cute, great deck! But dusty

The place needed a very good sweeping and dusting and the toilets were not clean. But I absolutely loved that deck!!

Best Kept Ocean City Secret! I definitely Recommend!!

This unit is beautifully decorated and excellently maintained! The pictures online do not do it justice. While it may be small, it was perfect for my needs and I could definitely see a family of two adults and a couple of children being very comfortable here. The unit has a porch (which is partially covered, so one can sit out on it even in the heat of the day because the ocean breeze will cool you off) with a magnificent view of the beach, the waves and the boardwalk. The unit itself is well stocked with everything that a home needs, from cutlery to cutting boards to wine bottle openers. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the owners were extremely responsive any time I communicated with them. If you get an opportunity to rent this unit, definitely take it, you will not be disappointed!

Beautifully appointed condo in a prime location!

The condo is decorated in lovely, calm colors and proved to be an ideal spot for my fall getaway. While the common entrance is somewhat shappy & musty smelling, the condo itself is a perfect haven. I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the covered deck. The unobstructed view of the beach and sound of the surf was soothing regardless of the weather. On nice days there were plenty of sunny spots to read and soak up some rays. Since I visited after the summer rush, parking was close and easy. The kitchen’s small, but very functional and the entire unit (including 1.5 baths) was spotless! The Beach Club is a short walk down Ocean Ave.....an excellent beach front breakfast spot. Be sure to bring or rent a bike for long rides on the easily accessible boardwalk. I look forward to returning as soon as my work schedule allows. Cheers!

Beautiful condo

I lived in Ocean City for many years. I go back every year to visit family. The condo was really beautiful and much bigger than I expected. Great deck with an ocean view. The location was fantastic. Ian sent messages to check in with us upon arrival and departure which was very nice. We will definitely consider staying there again next year

Clean, Amazing Location, Wonderful Caring Owner

It's a great location literally facing the beach. HUGE outdoor balcony that wraps around and faces the ocean and boardwalk. Wondefully appointed newer everything. Even the pullout couch mattress is new. No pets which is great for our family as the kids are allergic. Rent with confidence!

Location, Location, Location!!!

We spend a lot of time in Ocean City. but usually do not come for Memorial Day. This was a last minute trip for us. The owner was very pleasant, communicative and made the process painless. There are four floors to this community and this condo is one of two on the third floor. In the picture it is the unit on the left side when you are facing the building. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and boardwalk from the deck, which makes this location a true gem. It's the best of both worlds in my opinion because you are almost beach/boardwalk front without having to deal with the noise of the boardwalk. The location is also one block from a surf beach at 16th Street, if you have surfers in your family. In addition to all that the boardwalk provides, you are also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. A parking pass was provided for a lot close by. This is a lifesaver, as street parking in the area of OC can be hard to come by during peak season. A couple of things to note - there is no laundry in the unit itself. Fortunately, there are two coin operated machines in the common area. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for a pullout. If you plan on using it, bring a comforter in addition to sheets as one is not provided. Additionally, if you like to grill at the shore, there was not one provided on the deck. I am guessing that is not an oversight on the owner's end, but more a condition of the building and that there was one provided in the common area on the street level (we didn't look). We didn't have great luck with the wifi, but this seems to happen to us a lot when traveling with three kids on devices in OC. They ended up using Xfinity. The stairs/common area leading to the unit could use some TLC, but this is not a reflection of the unit itself which is as pictured, comfortable and in good shape. Noise from other units was not a factor. If you have kids or just enjoy being in the middle of it all, this is a great find. Would recommend!!!!

We're a married couple with two small children living in central Pennsylvania. Because of our work schedules, we can't always get down to the Shore. We decided to rent our condo to help cover our expenses. We've taken a great deal of time and pride renovating the property. Its important to us for tenants to feel at home when they use our condo. We didn't want to take the view that "it's only a rental'.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had been looking at condos for some time in OCNJ. When we went out on the porch, we knew this was one. The views, as well as beach and boardwalk access are incredible. We were able to capitalize on the amenities of a beach front condo without the expense. We hope our tenants feel the same.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, Location and Location. Beach and boardwalk access, restaurant access, access to shopping on Asbury Avenue and how about those views? The inside of the condo has been completely updated with calming colors and coastal furniture. All beds have hypoallergenic mattress covers as do the pillows. Park your car and enjoy the island for the week with everything you need at your fingertips.
