Immaculée condominium à efficacité d'une chambre à distance de marche de la plage et de la promenade. Unité au deuxième étage,. Offre 1 place de parking, une terrasse sur place pour lire, se détendre et profiter de la brise de l'océan. La meilleure partie est que le condo est situé au 9e et à Wesley, directement au milieu du pouls d'Ocean City. Si vous aimez faire de l'exercice, vous êtes à distance de marche du magnifique pont de la 9e rue où vous pouvez marcher, faire du jogging ou faire du vélo. Profitez de la distance de marche de la plage, de la promenade et des attractions, restaurants, dépanneurs, pharmacie, Wawa, Acme, Starbucks, glacier et boutiques du centre-ville. L'unité est propre, mise à jour et le propriétaire est entretenu. C'est l'une des rares locations à avoir une piscine sur place, offre un espace de stationnement et une terrasse à l'étage. Great place for a quick OCNJ vacation!

We had a lovely experience! Great location, great communications, and very nice place! Easy and comfortable! One thing - the pool is not always open before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. We found that it was only open on the weekend days. It's a great perk to this spot! Thank you!

Quick getaway

We went for a quick getaway. Location was great, host was great. For a family of four, it was very cramped. That’s our fault though for not realizing that during the booking process. The place was very clean, honestly the only complaint was the bed. Both the bed and sofa bed were awful. The sofa bed had a huge divot in it and the mom bed was hard as a rock.

Great spot!!! Super close to everything you would want to go to and have to pay to park. We walked everywhere, it was perfect. And the pool is an absolute bonus.

Great place for basic accommodations

Warning this is a studio & advertised as a 1 bedroom. Also, bring your own towels (bath & pool) and bed sheets & pillow cases (also not advertised) highly recommend BYO pillows (we went to Target and bought some) bed was tolerable bc of our pillow purchase. But overall the space was sufficient and met our needs and owner was very nice and responsive. We appreciate the early check-in. Pros: extremely clean Location Pool Natural gas grill Very responsive host Lots of storage On-site parking Recommendation for host: - light blocking curtain or shade - lid for trash can

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for us. It’s very clean and the people are very friendly. It’s an ideal location where you are able to walk to everything. The pool was also a nice break from the heat and the ocean. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay!

Really glad we found Bills rental. My husband & I were very comfortable during our week here. The rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & eating. Along with the microwave & electric cooktop there is also a toaster oven, conventional toaster & crockpot available in the unit. The short walking distance to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops & restaurants along Asbury is great. The complex itself was very quiet, safe & secure. The pool area is clean, quiet & there’s a grill available for guests to use there as well. The rooftop sitting area was nice for sitting & relaxing in the morning & evening. Instructions for check in & everything we needed to know for our stay was provided by Bill prior to our arrival date. This really is a rental where you can park the car on arrival & never move it because almost everything you’d need is in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit OCNJ.

Great value!

I was pleased to stumble upon this property and would undoubtedly stay here again. That said, as someone who does their due diligence when vacation planning, I’d like to provide as much information as possible in order to help those considering this property— PROS: • Communication— the property owner is very responsive. • LOCATION— this condominium is located two blocks from the OCNJ boardwalk and is surrounded by lots of great eateries and shopping. It also feels very safe. The place is well lit at night and the grounds are well kept. • Price— nice option for a small family of four or less looking to not break the bank. • Amenities— you have access to the condominium’s heated pool, you are provided two seasonal beach tags, there is a parking spot for free parking throughout your stay. The condo also has a stovetop, all of the utensils you could need, a small fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, mugs, a crockpot, a hair dryer, iron, a broom, mop, etc. I’m sure I’m missing some things; those are just the ones I noticed and/or used. • Clean— the condo was very clean. The only dusty thing I noticed were the drawers in the armoire. CONS: • Wi-Fi— the signal is basically non-existent • Towels, linens and toilet paper are not provided • The keys don’t work on the deadbolt (not a dealbreaker; just stating) NEUTRAL NOTE FOR PARENTS W/ SMALL KIDS: giant knives and other gadgets are in the kitchen drawers. In all, we had a great weeklong stay and would recommend!

Simply amazing!

This was my first time using a rental property website and because of this experience, I’d do it again! First off, the property itself is in such a prime location. A few blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Swimming pool, parking space, and a good sized deck at the complex. The condo itself was very clean and decorated beautifully. I had spent a few weeks searching high and low for a place to stay as my daughter and I were attending a concert in AC. Finding Bill’s condo was a godsend. Not only because of the location but because of Bill. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions. I’d highly recommend this condo for your next beach trip.

Great Location

The property is in a great location. We were close to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, etc. It was clean and well maintained. 70 degrees and sunny in October made it perfect.

We are a large family with 5 children between the ages of 32 - 18 with one still at home. We purchased this property with the hopes that when they all leave the nest, this will be a place for mom and dad. We chose Ocean City because this is where we often spent evenings in the summer months with our children. Whether it was on the amusement rides, walking the boardwalk to taste all the food options, or just to feel the cool breeze after spending the hot muggy days offshore. We live off island, but close enough to maintain this property on our own. We are looking forward to small families experiencing Ocean City as our family did and having fond family memories.

We chose this property because of the central location. The unit is great for small families! It offers a queen size bed and a full size pull out couch. We love the idea of just parking the car and never having to use it during a visitor's stay. Most people love the fact that our unit is immaculate, bright and makes families feel at home. Most of the décor was our own personal touch.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This unit is in the heart of Ocean City! Take a walk down Asbury Avenue if you like to shop. If you enjoy exercising, walk, or run the 9th street bridge to Somers Point. Best of all walk to the boards, or beach and not worry about finding a parking space.
