Vous tomberez amoureux de cette magnifique maison décorée professionnellement et des magnifiques Florida Keys. Cette maison dispose de 3 lits king size, parfaits pour une escapade en couple et une chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Vous ne pouvez pas vous éloigner du bureau? Travaillez depuis les Florida Keys avec un poste de travail / bureau. Cette maison a toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin. Près de l'aéroport, de bons restaurants, d'une épicerie, à quelques pas de la plage, de la pharmacie et de l'hôpital à proximité.

Great location, great house & great hosts! This house is close to everything & we enjoyed the dock for our boat & the pool for cooling off after a day exploring. There were lots of items in the pantry which was helpful and also plenty of soaps, trash bags, etc. Would recommend this property!

We had a great stay - the hosts are very responsive and the location is perfect. Very walkable to the grocery store, pharmacy and surf shop. Also, located on the sidewalk that leads straight to the beach - great for bike riding!

House was great neighbor was generous and helpful. Manatee visited, there is a large iguna that visits and some roosters. Neddi g was Amazing, you cant easily get in water due to ladder bottom missing but dock worked for the boat we rented for the day.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to grocery stores and shopping. Loved having a grill and dining area by the pool. We ate in for most meals, we like to cook, but there are plenty of delicious restaurants that are close by. Owners were very responsive and informative.

The location was spot on. Easy access to everything and walking distance to the beach in one direction and Publix in the other direction. Very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were so nice and easy to contact and responded to any questions within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

This place checked all the boxes for our stay. Great location, pool, dock, and plenty of room. We found ourselves enjoying the pool every afternoon. Although the canal to get out to the Atlantic was long, it was easy to navigate and an enjoyable ride. The house has plenty of room and is very comfortable. The hosts were great and very responsive. We look forward to future stays.

Vacation in Marathon

The property was everything we hoped for and more. It was well outfitted and close to shopping and services. We loved kayaking with the Manatees in the canal and cooling off in the pool. With 4 adults and two kids is was a perfect size for us. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect vacation rental!

We had a great time in Marathon. The private dock was perfect for viewing manatees and taking the boat out to Sombrero Reef. The private pool was relaxing. The house was well appointed with new furnishings. The beds were a dream. I have never stayed in a rental that had such comfortable beds! The restaurants and shopping are so convenient to this location!

Perfect location, great for extended family

We had a group consisting of 18 yr olds, 50 year olds and 80 year olds and this place worked great for all. Easy access to beach, on site pool was nice and very convenient to Publix. Very quick response from owners with recommendations and answers to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property! The house was clean with great amenities. The owners were great hosts!

This property was the cherry on top to a dream vacation. The owners were kind and quick to respond to any questions. The home is beautiful, clean and everything was comfortable. It has all the amenities you need, and could spend the week without needing to leave. If you are going to Marathon you want to stay here.

Had a great time. Plenty of beach towels and the bikes were great. Weather was cool, so it was nice to have the heated pool as an option. Spend some quality time visiting with some manatees from the dock.

Overall it was a good stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was a bit frustrated with some things and I feel like more care could be put into the guests stay. - the listing says whole house but it is a duplex so we had issues from the start with the neighbors being loud, parking on our side, and using our dock. - The AC sucks! The thermostat is upstairs and the bedroom right off the kitchen stays hot. Overall the downstairs area stayed hot/warm unless we turned down the AC all the way to 65 but then the upstairs was freezing. - The pool was uncomfortably warm anytime after 10am. The heater was not on, we had it checked. The pool pump quit one day and we had to call the host. - ALL of the pots/pans were junk and either warped or the Teflon was flaking. - Stove was junk. All of the numbers on stove were rubbed off so it was a guessing game and didn't work well. -There is NO STORAGE for dry goods in the kitchen. Every single cabinet was filled so we had to put all of our food on the counter which made food prep difficult. -There were no paper towels, dishwasher pods, hand soap, or laundry detergent. Most places I have stayed provides at these a little bit of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent but there wasn't any. Only the master bath had hand soap.- There were broken things left in closet in downstairs bedroom so we couldn't use it. Outside by pool there were broken chairs and umbrellas. - Listing said there were games, it was a joke.

First, the property is accurately described in the listing as a duplex, not a standalone single-family home. The description clearly notes this so guests know what to expect before booking. While each side is completely separate with its own private entrance, we understand that neighboring guests can occasionally impact the experience, and we’re sorry to hear that happened during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, the thermostat is located upstairs, but the system is functioning properly. South Florida summers can be extremely hot and humid, and we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and setting the thermostat to a consistent temperature for the best performance. The pool is not heated during the summer months. With outdoor temperatures often in the 90s, the water can naturally become quite warm despite the heater being off. We did respond promptly when the pool pump unexpectedly stopped working and had it addressed as quickly as possible. We appreciate your comments about the cookware, stove markings, storage space, and outdoor furniture. We continually update the property and will review these items to see where improvements can be made. As for supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials to help guests get settled. For longer stays, additional items such as paper towels, detergent, and dishwasher pods are typically the responsibility of the guest, as outlined in our rental information. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.

This home was perfect for our family of 4. Well maintained home in a convenient location with all the basics covered. Very comfortable beds! Spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. Communication with owners was prompt and all needs were taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Great place

This was a great rental. Conveniently located, clean and check in and out was super easy! Loved having our own pool. Even Had chickens that stopped to say hello each morning. My only complaint would be the master shower was missing a drain cover. Overall highly recommend!

Too many steps

Easy access to property, beautiful clean home with anything you may need. By far the most comfortable beds ever! The dock was nice, map Peter provided was a great help to get out to the ocean. Very nice to have grocery stores within walking distance. Pool was on the small size but clean and refreshing. Lea and Peter were great about communicating with us. Thanks for letting us make wonderful memories especially for me as it was my first time in the Keys.

Great family trip

Very nice waterfront home. Great for family and friends. Had boat out on water daily. Quick trip to lobster holes, reefs and fishing. Boat docs large and well equipped to keep boat safe during bad weather. Easy canal to navigate. Very convenient location. Quick bike ride will get You to Publix or even the beach.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed with our 2 boys (18 and 21) and a few of their friends. The house slept 10 perfectly! Beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed biking to the beach, walking to Publix while the “kids” went out fishing everyday! The pool and covered patio were a perfect place for gathering as a group and cooking out. Plenty of parking and room for all the stuff we brought (waaay too much) We will definitely be back!
