Free indoor parking not covered. Parking is located inside the courtyard.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building, without a lift.
You have to go up a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
In 100 square meters of space, it accommodates six people.
An internal staircase leads from the living area to the sleeping area.
LIVING AREA. Open kitchen with moka and dishwasher, kettle, microwave and traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.
Living room with a double sofa bed and a 43 television.
BATHROOM. Bathroom with shower box, bidet and hairdryer.
SLEEPING AREA. A double bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed and a fixed single bed, a second single bed for extraction.

The lake of Pusiano located in the hills of Brianza is an ideal destination for walks in all seasons.
In the lake there is a small island, called the Island of cypresses which houses a private villa surrounded by well-kept vegetation and surprising fauna: squirrels, swans, ducks and kangaroos. The island can be visited on some occasions, by reservation, and can be reached by boat departing from the Bosisio pier.
In the town of Bosisio Parini the shore of the lake is equipped with a beautiful walkway that allows relaxing walks.
The bus stop towards Como / Lecco is located below the house.
