Maison de 4 chambres sur le sakonnet avec une vue incroyable et proche de Newport, du Roger Williams College, des établissements vinicoles et de tout ce que la côte sud-est du RI a à offrir. 4 salles de bain complètes, cuisine mise à jour. Une table ronde pouvant accueillir 10 personnes est parfaite pour les fêtes de famille. 1 chambre au 1er étage et 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain complètes au deuxième étage. Le niveau inférieur sort du patio et des marches menant à la rivière. Niveau inférieur est très basique, mais a une autre cuisine, salle de bain complète et 2 lits jumeaux pour dormir plus. Animaux interdits

Beautiful view (stunning sunrise), close to everything,

We were there in the Fall so we couldn’t make the most out of all the amenities, but we look forward to coming back! The place was perfect for our family—very clean, the views were amazing, and the location was very central (close enough to just about everything).

Fun Girls Weekend

The house was beautiful. The views were spectacular. There were plenty of towels, dishes, glasses, etc. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood, but still close to Newport. It was a great place for our birthday celebration. We loved everything about it.

Everything about this house is perfect. It’s large yet cozy, in a great location and the owner was accommodating and lovely to deal with. The house has everything you’d need (soap, shampoo, etc). I highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Charming and secure!

We booked this house for a girls trip - our first using Vrbo and to Rhode Island and this was such a nice place to stay in. The house was clean, well lit, described as listed and very easy to check in and out of. All the appliances worked and the bathrooms were sparkling. The lake view is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was very nice, appointed well and gave us plenty of room to eat by the water when we wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll be back soon for sure.

Welcoming home/great location

Thank you so much- your home is MOST welcoming, comfortable and with the best view and location. All rooms very comfortable, lots of places to hand out in the house and especially the covered porch and fire pit. Water view was beautful both morning and evening. HIGHLY recommend. Heaven on Earth

Unbelievable! The pictures do it no justice that’s for sure. The view was incredible, plenty of room for everyone and then some. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. It had 4 bedrooms, but other places to sleep if needed , the front porch, living room and downstairs had beds and daybeds. I have never been to a cottage with 4 bathrooms before being a girls weekend getaway it was perfect. Outside fire pit , eating area with a second kitchen downstairs made for perfect entertaining. To top it off the stairs in the backyard lead right into the water. Absolutely stunning!!

Everything about this lovely home & thoughtful amenities made for a perfect visit to the Newport area. From the very comfortable & beautifully decorated space, great beds & bedding, gorgeous setting & Adirondack chairs on the water, we couldn’t have found a better rental. The owner is very responsive and easy to correspond with. We hope to return!

Great for multi- family vacation!

This was a fabulous property for our family mini vacation. The house is comfortable and attractive but also very child friendly. We were six adults and five kids aged 1-7 and everyone had a great time despite terrible weather. With good weather this would be a dream. The sunroom was so cozy for curling up with a book or watching the river. The large round dining table was a perfect place for kids to do puzzles and games. Katie was super responsive and helpful.

Another Amazing Weekend

We rented last year for our daughter's wedding and it was perfect! So our friends and I decided to come back for some adulting in RI! It was amazing again. Owner is completely responsive, and we just love the house. It really feels like a home away from home. Go out in neighborhood or cook up a storm, light a fire in the pit outside and enjoy the view! Btw, the sunrise is incredible.☀️

Great location, great house, great host! Really a 5-star rental.

We rented the house for our "home" for 4 days. Our daughter was married at the Glen Manor house. It was a great location for the Glen Manor, but also for visiting Newport and surrounding areas. Katie was wonderful, always quickly responsive to any questions, and the house is just so cozy and well thought out. Inside, outside, had so many personal touches, I can't name them all. We stayed upstairs, bridal party downstairs (they loved it) and the main floor was perfect for all of our meals, and the bridal party hair and makeup was done on the main floor with beautiful natural light. We are already considering renting next fall for a few days. 🌞

Beautiful spacious home inside and out with a spectacular view!

Five of us shared this home for five days and four nights. The house was immaculately clean. It provided everything we needed including plenty of space without feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything you need to cook if you so choose. The backyard overlooking the bay had plenty of chairs, a hammock and loungers to spend the entire day without ever wanting to leave the peace and tranquility of the backyard and its view. Off the street parking space for two cars in front of the homes garage. Great communication with property manager. I would recommend this VRBO to a family or friends looking for some R & R with everything close by that Rhode Island has to offer.
