Venez vivre un séjour à "The Mirage", une belle maison de trois étages face à l'océan pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. Cette belle maison de 5 chambres à coucher, 5 salles de bain comporte un bel intérieur, une laveuse / sécheuse personnelle et une piscine privée chauffée en face du golfe. Cette maison respire une vue imprenable sur le Golfe depuis les 3 étages! Accès à la plage? Juste à l'extérieur de votre porte arrière, vous trouverez une promenade privée qui vous mènera jusqu'à nos plages vierges et poncées blanches!

Cette propriété ne pouvait pas se trouver dans un endroit plus pratique, à seulement 6 milles, la séparant des infames plages de Seaside, Watercolor et Grayton, et à seulement 1,6 km des pittoresques et pavées de Rosemary & Alys Beach. Si vous souhaitez quitter les communautés pittoresques qui bordent 30A pour un changement de décor, Destin, FL est à seulement 40 minutes en voiture des boutiques et divertissements de toutes sortes, et Panama City Beach, se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture , À manger et à divertissement dans le centre commercial de Pier Park.

Check in was very easy. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the views from the decks were spectacular. The location was ideal. We were close to great restaurants and the Publix was only a few minutes away. The beach was not crowded and having the chair service was a real bonus. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioner and sent someone right away. The only negative would be the number is stairs to the beach for anyone with mobility issues. The walking/biking path is directly in front of the house. A great place!

Lovely On-The-Water oceanfront 5 Bedroom 5 Bath with Private Pool

We loved the location. It is really 3 semi-private levels. 2 kitchens and decks off of each level were a bonus.It’s worth the cost of heating the pool for marginal spring days. And, the convenience of our own beach access plus beach chairs and umbrellas included and automatically set up were great.

Pros:The house is right on the beach with truly stunning views. The layout is fantastic for multiple families — very spacious and well-designed. The master suite is upstairs, and there are two bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bathrooms, plus a second kitchen, living area, and double washer/dryer. On the main level, there are two full bathrooms, one bedroom, and a bunk room. The space was a major highlight and made the stay comfortable for a large group.Cons:Check-in was difficult — the door code did not work, and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the house is in poor condition. The floors are coming up, paint is chipped, furniture is damaged, and everything feels worn and neglected. The kitchen had no basic spices at all, which was surprising for a rental of this size. The pool also needs repairs, and overall, the property was not clean upon arrival.With some updates and better customer service, this could be an incredible rental. The location is unbeatable, but the home needs significant attention.

We also received your cleanliness rating of 1 on the day of your arrival, and our team followed up right away during your stay requesting details and photos, as the property had passed our cleanliness inspection prior to your arrival. We didn’t receive any specifics or supporting photos, so if there was something we missed, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it right away. Regarding the lock issue, you reported the problem at 3:36 PM, and our maintenance team was able to resolve it by 3:56 PM. While we understand this wasn’t an ideal first impression, your access was restored ahead of the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. We wanted to ensure you could get settled as quickly as possible, which is why we dispatched someone immediately. We also noticed concerns about the home’s condition, but no details were shared with us during your stay despite our attempts to follow up. Having specifics or photos would have helped us investigate and correct anything that needed attention. Lastly, we understand you requested a late checkout until 2:30 PM. Housekeeping was only able to approve an extension until 1:00 PM due to the time needed to prepare the home. We truly value honest feedback and are always working to improve. If you’d like to share any additional details we didn’t receive earlier, we’d appreciate the chance to review them.

Location was great and convenient to everything. Pool was dirty after day 1 due to a storm that rolled through but the management company had it cleaned for us earlier than the scheduled cleaning date which was much appreciated. There is a public beach access directly next to the house which caused the beach area to be busier than we would have liked. First impressions house was clean, but after we settled we noticed several areas that need attention. The house is not maintained very well regarding cosmetic repairs that need done. And repairs that have been made are not up to par. Based on the cost to rent the house and the higher end area it is in, we were disappointed in what we got. The location on 30A and the management company, Benchmark, were two positives. We enjoyed our vacation but would have appreciated a better maintained rental.

The beach, the beach, the beach!

Fantastic location, near shopping and great restaurants. The pool could use some maintenance (heater not great) and updating, but being able to walk right out onto the beach is so worth it. The house was clean and well furnished and easily accommodated our family of 10 adults.

A bit older home but reasonably well kept. Had a couple of issues that were remedied quickly by management. Located on a GREAT place on the beach. Amenities were excellent and the separate living areas were well thought out and fit our family perfectly.

The pictures of this home are absolutely spot on! The house and decor were beautiful and very comfortable for a beach front home! The balconies had incredible views and we loved having the pool to swim! Management was great- we will be back!

Great Location, House Ok

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and is the main reason to pick this property. For the price per week being charged, the house is in need of repairs - there are flooring tiles missing, the trash drawers are falling off, curtains are missing, and the 3rd floor Steam Shower smells like mold covered in bleach. The 2 dryer vents are tied together so if both are running it stops the second one due to air flow fault. The beds were hard and sheets were scratchy. The pool was a dirty mess, though they did come on Wednesday to clean it.Again, the reason to stay here is the convenient access to the beach.

However, we sincerely apologize for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you encountered, including the flooring, fixtures, steam shower, dryer vents, bedding, and pool. These concerns are not reflective of the standards we aim to provide, and we have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address them promptly. We wanted to clarify that the pool is serviced by a third party vendor and not us; they do have a schedule they work with and we always actively work to try to get them out sooner whenever we receive a report, but due to them being a third party we have no direct control. Family Vacation

Everyone had their own living quarters - including myself with the 3rd floor bedroom with a spectacular view. Didn't have to leave the property!

Thanksgiving in FL

We really enjoyed our stay in The Mirage. Prepping food for our Thanksgiving feast was easy with the 2 kitchens. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous and made food prepping extra enjoyable. There were more supplies in the kitchen than are listed on the website, such as: a small crock pot, toaster, a chopper, full size coffee pots in both kitchens, and other things I cannot recall. It was a dream come true for me to have all my family under one roof. The Mirage accommodated all 4 families nicely!❤️💝

Thanksgiving Beach Trip

I would recommend The Mirage. It is dated and needs regular house maintenance that has been delayed.
