Our Stay at Mainsail #116 was fantastic!

The property was everything as stated in information; the property is exceptional. The private stairway to the beach was fantastic and easy access to the gorgeous white sand and emerald clear waters! The 3-bedroom condo, living space and kitchen were spotless, fresh, and beautifully attired. It was wonderful to come back to the condo after a lovely day at the beach, or exploring, to clean, fresh, and comfortable surroundings. Having a bathroom in each room was a bonus to comfort and privacy. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Andrew’ is a super host, very responsive, very accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with before and during our stay! Actually, I am talking with my family about coming back in the near future!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review! ❤️ It truly means a lot to me to hear that you enjoyed Mainsail 116 and that everything was just as you hoped. I’m especially glad you loved the private steps to the beach—those steps really are one of the best little perks of this condo! 😊 And having a bathroom for each bedroom definitely makes things a little easier when everyone is together. It was an absolute pleasure having you as our guests, and I’m so happy I was able to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The fact that you’re already talking about coming back makes me smile! 🥰 We would LOVE to have you and your family back anytime. Thank you again for choosing us and for trusting me with your beach vacation. We truly appreciate you! Andree’ Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals

We had an amazing week at the condo.

Mainsail was having some demolition done before our stay. Andree was wonderful keeping us updated with the progress on the parking lot. It was completed by the time we arrived. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony on the back had easy access to the beach and the pool. It made the week more enjoyable with two small grandchildren. No roads to cross. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Our family has been coming to Destin for 30 years and we have stayed at many condos in the area. Andree is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions.

Thank you so much, Susan! We’re really happy to hear you had an amazing week and that the condo worked so well for your family—especially with the easy beach and pool access for your grandchildren. We also truly appreciate your kind words about communication. We always try to treat our guests the way we would want to be treated, so keeping everyone informed about the HOA construction and updates is a big priority for us. We’re so glad everything was completed before your arrival and that you were able to just relax and enjoy your stay. It means a lot that, after 30 years of visiting Destin, you’d highly recommend us. We’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime! 🌊😊

A+++++

Second time staying in this Condo and we love it. 6 adults and 2 children! The beach access is easy and the unit is equipped with a huge ice maker and we all know how important that is! The unit is clean and WELL stocked! We have pretty much decided to book this one each year as long as it’s available! Andree is so helpful and a great host! Before check in and upon arrival, we had been told the washer was not working properly. The next morning, there was a new washer being installed. There should be zero hesitation to rent this unit! So thankful for hosts like this for making vacation so effortless! 1000% would recommend!

Thank you so much for this amazing review! We absolutely loved hosting your family again—6 adults, 2 kids, and a serious appreciation for that “very important” ice maker 😄 We really appreciate your patience with the washer situation. I wish we’d had the chance to meet you while you were there, but we were doing a little field trip to Lowe’s with our "fingers crossed" and—believe it or not—they actually came through with a next-day delivery. Yahoo! That’s not always how it goes, so we were very relieved to get it turned around so quickly. Most importantly, we’re thrilled everything else made your stay easy and enjoyable. It means so much that you’re planning to return year after year. We’ll be ready for you whenever you come back! 🌊😊

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

Here is our listing of condos on VRBO and you can always check us out our site.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Destin offers the most beautiful beaches along the coast. Sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We purchased our first condo at Mainsail in 2009 and were so happy with our decision. We look forward to sharing this condo with you in paradise.

The location of Mainsail is relaxing and easy. It's by far, 'The best place to grab your flip flops and relax'! The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located across the street. You can also catch your dinner with a fishing excursion, para sail, play a round of golf or just kick back and people watch. Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach -- and is a hidden GEM for those of you who have never visited. Once you stay here, you realize. This property has the widest private beach in the area and most of all there are no roads to cross. The property is a gated community and is very family friendly. Mainsail also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, shuffleboard, hot tub, 2 pools, a dedicated kiddie pool and grills for you to enjoy. Forgot something... you don't have to venture far at all; there is a grocery store, restaurants, a beach store all right outside the gates of this complex.
