Summer 2024

We stayed here summer 2024 and it was perfect for what we needed as a family of 5. A golf cart would be nice to travel around the neighborhood and get to the pool. The house was clean and well maintained. Check in was a little hectic with not knowing which entrance to go in and there being 2 with tons of traffic.

“Good Potential, but Needs Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for four days. Upon arrival, we realized we never received the entry code for the villa and had to call for assistance. When we finally got inside, we were greeted by a dead cockroach. The villa itself was generally clean, but we still felt the need to re-clean everything before using it. We were also surprised to find only one roll of toilet paper, and when we requested more, we were told we would need to purchase it ourselves. Overall, the experience was okay, but these issues definitely affected our stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like the location of the tennis villas. This one was fine and clean. Needs a coffee table and/or an end table at couch. We paid upfront for beach towels etc. & weren't told until we got there that you were out of them.We would have brought from home, if informed ahead of time. Very annoying - girl in office was VERY nice about it and even offered to buy them for us but it shouldn't have happened.

The unit was in pretty rough condition

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was nice. We came primarily for tennis instruction and the beach. The unit itself was not well maintained. Broken stove top, torn walls in the living room, television wires hanging down the walls, dingy bathtub, broken/hanging window sill; weeds in the courtyard, broken water fountain (mosquito nest); stains on the bedroom walls; desperately needs a new interior paint job. I hate to leave bad feedback, but I hope the owner will invest in updates so future guests aren't disappointed.

Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was clean and stocked with enough essentials like paper towels and toilet paper. The only thing we needed to purchase was laundry detergent. Management was very communicative and clear about expectations and instructions. We enjoyed our trip and would stay here again!

Cozy but lacks maintenance. Close enough from beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful vacation. The place is only a 5 min walk to the beach. However there’s only 1 entrance you can use and the beach entrance is on the other side of the rental. So it’s more like a 20 walk in the humid heat. Not ideal. Also the doors are very old and some do not lock. The bathroom door didn’t even close all of the way. But the worst part was that the bedrooms and both doors to the small shared bathroom are the type that have wooden slats like wood windows. So literally no privacy. The linens were stained. They have almost no it kitchen utensils or basic condiments. The dryer did not work. Well it did but it made this horrid loud screeching noice. You do get some discounts on some stuff but not worth it. The bracelets only give you access to 2 pools. You do get 2 free chairs and umbrella at the beach and 50% off the second set (best perk). But compared to other rentals in the area it was affordable. 6/10

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Great location

The location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute drive with private parking. The room was spacious, older furniture style but spacious enough for us with small yard. Cons: cleanliness, there was trash found in one of the room drawers, dirty sheets and the RR door does not actually close let alone lock. We made it work by just warning each other someone is in the RR lol hopefully that can be fixed soon. Aside from that we enjoyed ourselves, thank you!
