Great View! Needs updating!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 6th floor was a great location with a beautiful view. Overall, the condo needed major cleaning and updating. Both restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mold on the back of the master bathroom door and the walls were gross. Extra blankets in the master closet were dirty and old. In the2nd bedroom the tv box looked like it had never been dusted. When you turn the master shower on it sound like an airplane about to take off. Hot water ran out fast. We did enjoy our stay and made the best of it, but I personally would not want to stay in this room again.

Overall good stay. There are ocean views but its across the road so there isnt nuch relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There is traffic 24/7- often loud with honking and music. This didnt interrupt our sleep but we love just sitting on the balcony which wasnt a highlight of this trip. The listing shows ammenities like ball courts and grills but they are so far away. Like unrelaistically far away to grill. If you have a golf cart the courts arent so bad but Idk anyone who would want to nake that hike with a tray of burgers. The beach was lovely as always and its close to restaurants and grocery. Condo filled our needs

Great view, but condo needs some TLC

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a lovely view and great outdoor furniture, however the inside of the condo needs some updating and TLC. Carpet is stained and dirty. The ceiling and baseboards in the bathrooms look moldy and need cleaned. Toilets did not flush properly and would run constantly. The sink in the guest bathroom wouldn't drain, my husband was able to fix it so it worked for our stay. I doubt the condo gets cleaned appropriately as we found a cigarette in the kitchen cabinets - scary since I have a toddler that could’ve gotten ahold of it. The appliances in the kitchen need replaced as they are rusty. The couch in the living room also needs replaced as cushions and pillows are flat from use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid for early check in and that worked beautifully! We were on the beach by 1:30, which was awesome! Great weather too! Super convenient location, several great restaurants and discounts too with the amenities card. Love the Whales tail, bar and beachside restaurant! Only complaint is the room.. owners need to fix and or update lots.. carpet in bedroom was old and worn, dirty looking.. fridge light and some stove eyes didn’t work.. The laundry door handle was broken and we were only given 2 towels each for a whole week stay., also second bedroom had a tiny tiny tv.. for kids wanting to game? Not happening.. our son very disappointed.. loved the beach though!

Handle with care. Dryer sounds like an airplane is taking off when in use and you have to run the load multiple times to get clothes fully dry. We cook and do laundry everyday, other than that

Reported it first day and no one came fix it. Room clean and comfortable. The pool had no security as it used to . Children climbing on top of rail between indoor/ outdoor pool and jumping into pool outside!Otherwise I was extremely satisfied.

We ordered the package with towels, cooler, cups, which was not in our room and had to call 2x to get it. The dryer didn't work and was loud as **** when turned on. The dish washer was missing wheels on the racks and had rust inside. We had to buy dish detergent, small bottle like we are used to was provided and not even 1 extra trash bag either.

The dryer does not dry and when running it sounds like a plane taking off. The bathroom rugs also looked like they had not been washed in a while.

Great view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As previous owners and current customers, we have stayed at Seascape for over 30 years. During this trip, I thought the exterior grounds were well kept. I found the Majestic Sun units in bad need of some TLC. For instance, even though our unit could accommodate up to six, we could only get enough hot water for two showers. And when the shower in the second bath was running, there was a loud noise like a motorcycle revving up in the master bath. One sink in the MB had very hot water; the other had no hot water. The burner pans on the stove were coated with burn residue, and this is an easy change out. The dust ruffle in the king bed looked like it had been hung several years ago and hung unevenly off the foot of the bed. The dishwasher was broken, but we were able to get it repaired for use. The door to the balcony was heavy and needed great effort to move it. When I asked about lubricating the door, I was told it is just heavy and difficult to move. As owners, we made constant repairs and improvements as needed. The washer and dryer worked nicely. The view from the balcony was great. The problems we saw would be easily fixed with a little focused attention, but left unattended, produce a second-hand feeling about the accommodations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I want to say that overall, we had a great time. Seascape is a great place to stay. With that said, this particular unit could use a little TLC(example: ceiling fan missing from bedroom, just the open box with exposed wires hanging down, fridge handle broken off/missing glass shelves.) Maintenance was responsive to fixing the broken handle and missing glass shelves in the fridge. We will stay at Seascape again, but will avoid this unit until some upgrades are made. There are other units that are nicer for the same price.
