Overall good stay. There are ocean views but its across the road so there isnt nuch relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There is traffic 24/7- often loud with honking and music. This didnt interrupt our sleep but we love just sitting on the balcony which wasnt a highlight of this trip. The listing shows ammenities like ball courts and grills but they are so far away. Like unrelaistically far away to grill. If you have a golf cart the courts arent so bad but Idk anyone who would want to nake that hike with a tray of burgers. The beach was lovely as always and its close to restaurants and grocery. Condo filled our needs

The dryer does not dry and when running it sounds like a plane taking off. The bathroom rugs also looked like they had not been washed in a while.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 6th floor was a great location with a beautiful view. Overall, the condo needed major cleaning and updating. Both restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mold on the back of the master bathroom door and the walls were gross. Extra blankets in the master closet were dirty and old. In the2nd bedroom the tv box looked like it had never been dusted. When you turn the master shower on it sound like an airplane about to take off. Hot water ran out fast. We did enjoy our stay and made the best of it, but I personally would not want to stay in this room again.

Reviewer Comments: Great location with a lovely view and great outdoor furniture, however the inside of the condo needs some updating and TLC. Carpet is stained and dirty. The ceiling and baseboards in the bathrooms look moldy and need cleaned. Toilets did not flush properly and would run constantly. The sink in the guest bathroom wouldn't drain, my husband was able to fix it so it worked for our stay. I doubt the condo gets cleaned appropriately as we found a cigarette in the kitchen cabinets - scary since I have a toddler that could’ve gotten ahold of it. The appliances in the kitchen need replaced as they are rusty. The couch in the living room also needs replaced as cushions and pillows are flat from use.

Super convenient location, several great restaurants and discounts too with the amenities card. Love the Whales tail, bar and beachside restaurant! Only complaint is the room.. owners need to fix and or update lots.. carpet in bedroom was old and worn, dirty looking.. fridge light and some stove eyes didn’t work.. The laundry door handle was broken and we were only given 2 towels each for a whole week stay., also second bedroom had a tiny tiny tv.. for kids wanting to game? Not happening.. our son very disappointed.. loved the beach though!

We ordered the package with towels, cooler, cups, which was not in our room and had to call 2x to get it. The dryer didn't work and was loud as **** when turned on. The dish washer was missing wheels on the racks and had rust inside. We had to buy dish detergent, small bottle like we are used to was provided and not even 1 extra trash bag either.
