However, we are incredibly sorry that your stay was impacted by the plumbing issue. We want to clarify that we take property maintenance very seriously. Weeks prior to your arrival, we detected and immediately took action to repair this plumbing issue. Because the initial repairs were completed, we fully believed the matter was completely resolved before you checked in. As soon as you notified us that the issue had resurfaced, we immediately offered to send a licensed plumber to inspect and resolve it on the spot. We also proactively offered you the opportunity to cancel the remainder of your stay for a full refund so you could find alternative accommodations. We completely understand and respect your decision to decline having a plumber on the property during your vacation. Once you decided to depart early, we immediately processed your refund as promised. We always strive to be proactive, and we sincerely apologize that this unexpected issue disrupted your hard-earned vacation. We have since had a professional plumbing team thoroughly inspect and permanently resolve the system issue to ensure a pristine experience for all future guests.
