DESCRIPTION

Magnifique villa surplombant les eaux turquoises de la baie de Grand Case.

Vue extraordinaire à 180° sur la mer et les collines environnantes.

Large terrasse de 150 m² aménagée avec piscine, transats, salon d'extérieur, table à manger à l'ombre du gazébo, et quasiment sans aucun vis à vis pour des vacances exclusives et reposantes.

A l'intérieur, tout le confort moderne d'une belle villa de 120 m² entièrement rénovée en 2020.

Autour, le quartier très central, calme et sécurisé de la Savane.

LE LOGEMENT

La villa Sea View offre une vue unique sur la mer des Antilles, de la magnifique baie de Marigot jusqu'au Rocher créole, site de snorkeling située devant Grand Case, capitale gastronomique de de la Caraïbe.

Vous pourrez siroter un cocktail devant un magnifique coucher de soleil et tout cela sans bouger de la piscine.

Une terrasse de 150 m2 en bois exotique entoure une belle piscine de 6 m x 3 m, sans vis à vis.

Vous pourrez vous y relaxer dans les canapés d'extérieur ou sur les transats et déjeuner à l'ombre du cazébo.

Vous trouverez également une table de ping-pong, un baby foot, des frites de piscine, et même une douche extérieure.

Si besoin l'hiver, en fin de journée, vous pourrez vous offrir le luxe d'activer le chauffage de la piscine pour un confort absolu.

La villa Sea View se compose de 3 chambres , 2 salles de bain avec douches a l'italienne.

Elle est équipée d'Internet en WIFI, ainsi que de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, le salon et la cuisine.

La chambre parentale possède sa propre salle de bain avec dressing, et sa une vue mer également.

Les chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires si besoin.

La cuisine ouverte sur le salon offre un beau panorama sur la mer. Elle est entièrement équipée avec lave vaisselle, frigo et congélateur, four, micro onde, plaque à induction, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, vaisselle.. rien de manque !

Le salon possède un grand canapé, face à une télévision connectée à Internet et également avec la TV d'Orange, et une grande baie vitrée tournée vers la piscine et la mer.

Tout le linge de maison est fourni : draps, serviettes de toilette, serviettes de plage, torchons et tapis de bain.

Perfect Stay for Families!

This house was perfect for our two small families (kids 3-5). The pool was the ideal temperature—our kids didn’t even want to swim anywhere else (we had other family members staying in Orient Bay). The location was easy to find and close to everything we needed. The kitchen had everything for the best sunset dinners, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. Such a short drive to Grand Case Beach - We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great stay near Grand Case

Nicolas and Elodie were excellent hosts. Very responsive, villa was exactly as described/pictured and was in a safe and secure location. Quick drive to Grand Case (without traffic). Heated pool was perfect for 3 kids and the view from the deck was outstanding. Large outdoor area to eat and hang out in. Ping pong and foosball were fun additions. Would definitely book here again.

Amazing Property!

Can’t say enough great things about this experience. Communication with owners was perfect and they were there to not only greet us but also to tell us goodbye. The property itself was exactly as described. Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen (with sharp knives) we love to cook so that was very much appreciated and clean comfortable furnishings. Location is close to Grand Case, Marigot and a fabulous local bakery. The house is very private in a secure community. We will for sure be back :)

Anniversary Celebration

Our anniversary getaway was so romantic and private..yes private. The villa was more beautiful than the pictures. The people was heated for swimming any time, The location is centrally located to many restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions. The hots were very responsive and communicated well. Second Time Did Not Disappoint

This is our second time staying at Villa SEA VIEW. We stayed here for a week. The property was immaculate, breathtaking and we will surely be staying here again on our next trip to Saint Martin. We enjoyed the yard area seating, pool and enjoyed the view as we ate the salmon we cooked on the grill. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Amazing views and property

We had an amazing 5 days at Sea View! From the moment we arrived we were so happy with everything about the home. Everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms. The pool helped after our hot days spent exploring the island. Grocery market within 10 minute drive to Grand Case and beautiful views of Marigot to the left and Grand Case and Anguilla in front. WE LOVED OUR TIME AT SEA VIEW!!!!

The property is exactly as portrayed on line. Fantastic views! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Loved the iguanas around the yard. :). One tip - if you rent a car get something with some clearance to clear the entry gate tracks and speed bumps.

This experience was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted privacy, a pool, and all of the comforts of home. It was the perfect location for easy access to our favourite restaurants and amenities. Elodie et Nicolas were wonderful hosts. They met us on day one and gave us a helpful and concise tour of the property. They checked in by phone or email regularly, and they were immediately available if we had any questions, all the while respecting our privacy. We plan to return, and we would recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing week at Élodie and Nicolas’s villa! They personally greeted us at check-in, showed us how everything worked, and surprised us with a fruit basket plus bottles of Coke, wine and spring water. They answered our questions about the house or the island via WhatsApp whenever we needed.The villa matched the photos—and the deck was even better. It features a covered dining area, L-shaped sofa, six lounge chairs, a love seat near the master bedroom, and a warm pool. From its elevated position you can see Grand Case and the hills hiding Happy Bay and Friar’s Bay. The breeze kept mosquitoes away, which was a bonus!Three bedrooms perfectly accommodated our family of four (including two teens). All beds were comfortable, and each room had its own A/C.The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, glasses, and basic spices. Tap water isn’t drinkable, but a water filter/cooler stands by the patio door.We loved finding four new portable beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella in the laundry room—so practical!Perched on a gentle hill within a gated community, it felt secure and is central to Marigot, Super-U, Grand Case, Friar’s Bay (all under 10 minutes), and Orient Bay (15 minutes). It’s ideal for exploring the French side, and the main road makes reaching the Dutch side manageable.I highly recommend this villa for families or small groups. We can’t wait to return—one week wasn’t enough to visit SXM!

Lovely property with amazing views and great hosts

Our family stayed here over the New Year. We loved the views and the seating and outside areas are well designed to let you sit and enjoy them. We saw rainbows over the water twice! We ate our dinner at the large outside table. The grill was easy to use and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, it was so convenient to have it right next to the house. My daughter would have spent the whole day in it! The location made it easy by car to reach Grand Case, Friars, and Koko beaches, as well as the supermarket and restaurants. Our hosts, Elodie and Nicolas, were gracious and welcoming and checked in on us multiple times to make sure all was well. And the showers in the villa are fabulous! In sum, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful stay

The property is located between Grand Case and Marigot and has beautiful views. The outdoor terrace and pool is the real star. The eating area is shaded and has a big BBQ. There is a sofa to enjoy the sunset and a heated pool (a first in St Martin). The house is very nicely decorated and organized. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything from coffee machine to kettle, microwave and dishwasher amongst other things. It leads to a large living room with views on the outdoor patio. The master has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a huge closet. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a laundry room with two washers and a dryer. Our hosts Elodie and Gilles could not have been nicer. They even went out of their way to provide us with a cable box to watch the American channels. They also stocked the refrigerator with some goodies and a basket of fruits. We were also greeted by Barbara who was patient when we got stuck in traffic coming in and ensured a smooth handover of the keys upon our departure. What an amazing stay we had here.

Perfect!

We have stayed at many vacation homes on many islands, and this is one of the best. The views and breezes are spectacular. We had sunrises, sunsets, full moon and rainbows, plus a few neighbor iguanas and a frangipani tree. Just amazing! The outdoor space is well thought out to take advantage of the setting. Indoors is smaller than the pictures look, but it is also laid out well. We loved the roller shades for the extra bit of security as well as for some in our group that love to sleep late. We also cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I have an induction cooktop at home so finding one here was a bonus! On top of all this, Elodie and Nicolas helped us immensely at the beginning of our trip. We had planned to stay on the other side of the island for a few days, then move to this house when the rest of our group made it to the island. The other house turned out to be a scam, and in less than 24 hours Elodie and Nicolas had made arrangements for us to arrive a few days early since the house was not rented. We hadn't been to SXM in over 10 years, but we plan to add the island and this home back into our travel rotation.

Horrible experience

Terrible experience with this host and VRBO. I booked the property for 3 people and arrived on 5/13 with 2/3 guests to check in. We did a walk through with the owner and his wife. We did not have any complaints or concerns at that time. After the walkthrough was completed, we changed clothes and left to have dinner for a few hours and to buy groceries. We arrived back at the property, where all the lights were off and windows closed. After putting away groceries, one guest witnessed something crawling across the floor in her bedroom. Understanding that it may be a lizard given the location, it was attempted to find or scare the creature out as it crawled under the bed. After being unable to find the creature, the guest then used the restroom where she discovered a large roach-like insect on the sink and another in the shower. Both guests then searched the property and found another insect in the 3rd bedroom. At this time, I called the owner and explained the situation. The summary of the call was that he’d never had this before, did not know what we were talking about, and would come out the next day with bug spray (he did not offer to come that evening). We also took pictures and sent them to him, after which he changed his story and said that these are common, can fly, and are attracted to light. We attempted to trap the insects in the bathroom and bedroom then informed him that we would not be staying at the property because we felt scared and unsafe. After having to pay for a new hotel and contacting VRBO to complain, we then reluctantly agreed to meet the host back at the property the next afternoon. His solution was 2 cans of bug spray. We informed him that this was not an adequate solution, that we did not want to be on guard our entire vacation and having to kill these insects ourselves. So we decided to stay elsewhere. We asked him if we could at least have a partial refund of our stay to which he replied no. We then continued with multiple phone calls and emails to VRBO, who told us that the issue was between the traveler and the host, that they cannot help with getting us any refund or offer us any help whatsoever. Overall very disappointed with the experience and how it was handled. Cannot believe that VRBO does not offer any protection for travelers in these situations! Also think it’s ridiculous that the host was not sympathetic towards us or willing to offer any real resolution. Definitely will not use VRBO again!

Unfortunatey we have been victims of travelers with very bad faith willing to find false reasons to leave the place and getting a full refund. The guest had initially booked for 4 and arrived only as 2 persons. Maybe our property was finally too expensive for only 2 guests. They told us they saw 1 cockroach in the house ; a cockroach can enter a house and come out just as quickly. We are in the West Indies, flying cockroaches are common and do not settle in houses. I offered the guests a bug spray because there was nothing else to do for 1 cockroach! But she did not want to know anything and wanted a refund at all costs. Despite everything, I asked an insect professional to come and inspect the house, who concluded that there were NO INSECT present. A certificate was made as proof.

La villa de Elodie et Nicolas est vraiment splendide. Et la vue est même plus belle que sur l’annonce :-) Nous avons tout particulièrement appréciés de pouvoir faire un barbecue au coucher du soleil et également le top brunch du Rainbow situé sur la plage de Grand Case juste à côté. À part ça la villa était propre et nous nous sommes senti un peu comme chez nous. Merci beaucoup à Elodie et Nico pour leur gentillesse.
