The space

Two apartments for the price of one just a 10 minutes walk from the sea in the heart of the old town.

Located on the 1st and 2ns floor of a typical \"Viareggina\" house in the heart of the old town with entrance and stairs shared to exclusive use, are ideal for those who want to have all the amenities within walking distance without the need to use the car or public transport.



The unit on the 1st floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven), dining corner, two sofa-beds and TV, for a total of 60 sq. mt. (646 sq. Ft.). Bath-room, shower, bidet, WC. Gas heating.



The unit on the second floor is ideal for young people who wish to spend the holidays with the family maintaining a certain degree of independence, It consists of an attic of about 25 sq. mt. (270 sq. Ft.) and a large corner terrace of 30 sq. mt. (320 sq. Ft.). The attic is composed of a nice living room with two sofa bed, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On the terrace availability of umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, loungers and barbeque. To sum it up: 2 kitchens, splittable beds with 2 sofa beds, and 2 different indipendent entrances.



The site is located within walking distance from the train station from which are easily accessible Lucca (Puccini\'s town), Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre. The sea is just a 10-minute walk through the old city, passing by the traditional and quaint market square. Possibility of paid parking under the house and free 5-minute walk away.



Guest access

Guests will have access to both the apartments. All the areas will be available included the large terrace.



Other things to note

Close to Puccini Summer Theatre where maestro\'s most famous operas are played from July to September (visit http://www.puccinifestival.it/).

In february one of the most famous Carnival parade of the world takes place along the promenade on the seaside.



Bed linen and towels set for each guests (shower, face and hands) are included.



Electricity, gas and water consumption are included.



House rules:

ALTIDO Italy wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.



Note that late check-in has the following surcharges payable in cash upon arrival:

From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM 30€

From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM 40€

After midnight - 60€ but depends on the availability

**Please note that due to local government law, guests are obligated to pay a city tax. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.



How to reach the house:

The house is very close to the railway station from which can be easily reached on foot.

Viareggio is easily reachable from the 2 Airport of Tuscany:

Airport of Pisa -Galilei (22 km)

Airport of Florence-Vespucci (85 km).



Highways:

from Rome: A1 (Autostrada del Sole) until Florence, then A11 (Firenze-Mare) until Viareggio;

from Genova: A12 (Genova-Rosignano) until Viareggio;

from Milan: A1 (Autostrada del Sole) until Parma, then A15 (Autostrada della Cisa) until Santo Stefano Magra, then A12 (Genova-Rosignano) until Viareggio.



By train:

Ventimiglia-Torino-Genova-Pisa-Roma; stop in Viareggio

Milano-Livorno; stop in Viareggio

Firenze-Lucca- Viareggio. stop in Viareggio.
