On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with fireplace, a nice lounge sofa and a spacious dining table, as well as the music system and internet WIFI.
1 bedroom is on the ground floor next to the living room.
The kitchen is fully furnished, not very large but fully equipped. there is also a toilet on the ground floor.
on the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
in the basement "Cave" is the washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge
There are a number of terraces around the house for viewing tables and chairs and parasols. there is also plenty of shade from an old fig tree and olive trees.
the pool is on the same level as the house and has a terrace around it and a beautiful view of the valley. The swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump to heat up the water if necessary. There is also a counter current device in the pool so that you can (continue to) swim against the current.
the entrance to the site is above the house and offers space to park 3 cars on site.
