Appartement rénové à 250 mètres de la plage de Levante, Benidorm. Il dispose de 2 chambres, d'une salle de bain avec douche et d'une capacité pour 6 personnes.

Logement confortable et très lumineux de 83 m², avec vue partielle sur la mer.



Il dispose d'un ascenseur, 12 m² de terrasse vitrée avec fenêtres coulissantes, accès internet haut débit fibre (Wi-Fi), climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, fer à repasser, 1 Smart TV, piscine communautaire ouverte en saison et avec jardins. , extérieur parking dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée.

La cuisine indépendante avec plaque vitrocéramique est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un congélateur, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'un lave-linge, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et l'enregistrement ont lieu dans notre bureau situé à l'Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, bâtiment Torre Principado au niveau de la rue, nom commercial BenidormBooking.

- Une caution de 200 € est retenue sur une carte de crédit/débit à titre de caution ou d'espèces, à défaut.

Far exceeded our expectations, loved this is a little gem so much so I have regrets telling people about it as I might not be able to book it again for fear of it getting as popular as the Gemelos 26 ha ha, very comfortable apartment with every thing you need , beds are very comfortable and the location was perfect for us, we considered ourself's very lucky to have come across this lovely apartment, everything on your doorstep' hope to book again for the next trip to Benidorm Cant think of anything

Great location for the strip and the beach. Secure building

The location, it was modern and very clean. Modern bathroom with great shower. Just a couple of niggly things. The ironing board wouldn’t stay up. The window shutters wouldn’t go all the way up and then stuck in mid position. Didn’t want to force in case I broke them. Also had to take the keys back to the office, which while on 5 mins walk away, feels a bid old fashioned

There is the possibility of parking the scotter, but charging must be done in the apartment, most scotter can remove the battery and charge in the accommodation. We understand from your comment that you understood that there was a charging point in the parking lot. We sincerely apologize.

Enjoyable stay

Property in excellent location and very good value for money . Property was fine but we were not given specific information on how to get there , we’re just told it’s behind casino. It was behind casino but actually over the road behind it , this put a bit of a blur on our stay , as it was after midnight . Better instructions for guests needed. Also instructions didn’t mention hair dryer but there was one , would have saved me bringing one .

good location no sun loungers for around the pool VERY uncomfortable beds and also a broken Sofa Bed. electric kept tripping when using kitchen facilities. Wi-Fi intermittent was told on checking in we could have a late check out due to late flight home, for the cleaner to turn up at 11:30am and staff telling us we have 10 minutes to get out.

Thank you for your stay with us. The kettle is what was tripping the electricity as it broke during your stay. We solve it as soon as you call us. The sofa bed is new, and it is not broken, you forced it because you did not know how to open it, we reinforced it and repaired it, so we do not understand your comment. As for the beds, they are also new and viscoelastic mattresses, we understand that not everyone may like them but they are of high quality. Lastly, we did not confirm that you could leave a late check-out, we told you that it depended on whether we had clients arriving the same day, and that was the case, so you should not expect to leave at 6:00 p.m., especially when you already know beforehand, less having clients who arrive the same day. For this you must book another night. All the best
