Recently designed and refurbished specifically with our guests in mind, our 2 bedroom luxury house, offers a quirky but practical stay whether you are a family with children or a group of friends looking to enjoy the delights that Margate can offer.
The house offers the perfect getaway if you are looking for a summer seaside break or wanting to explore Margate's galleries and fantastic bars and restaurants in the cooler month's-Margate has so much to offer whatever the time of year!

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within close proximity to beach, Dreamland, train station and town centre.
Whole of the property, with the exception of the locked cleaning cupboard.
Stylish and modern house with two bedrooms located on the first floor. Original brick wall in spacious living room, beautifully furnished with a double sofa bed, smart TV , a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a luxury bathroom with a bath and shower and heated towel rail and two beautifully furnished double bedrooms including smart TV's in each. Netflix is available on all TVâs.

Margate beach, the Turner Contemporary, and local bars and restaurants are pretty much all within a 10-15 minute walk from the house.
Margate train station is within close proximity as well as local bus routes into surrounding towns such as Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Driving around Margate and surrounding towns is also very easy.
There are also some great Coastal walks for those who are interested.
Margate train station = 17-minute walk
Margate beach = 12-minute walk
Dreamland = 10-minute walk
Turner Contemporary = 16-minute walk
Dogs
We allow dogs now larger than a Shih Tzu at our property.
We kindly ask guests to not allow their dog on the furniture or beds due to potential allergies of future guests. We also ask that any dog mess it cleaned up from the garden before you check out.
If you would like to bring a dog, please mention this upon booking as there will be an additional fee of ÂŁ30 plus a ÂŁ50 damage deposit which will be refunded upon check out should there be no damage or additional cleaning fees due to pet hair on furniture or dog mess in the garden.
