Maison rustique de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain située sur un lac privé, nichée sur 40+ beaux hectares boisés.

Une partie de l'expérience rustique ne comprend pas de wi-fi. Attraper et relâcher la pêche à votre guise.

Les dispositifs de flottaison pour une personne sont autorisés sur le lac privé. Aire de jeux disponible pour les enfants. Grande zone de foyer incluse, avec le premier bois de chauffage fourni. Chaises Adirondack pour le confort autour du foyer. Apportez vos jeux de plein air et amusez-vous.

A great getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay! We had four generations under one roof. Without device screens or wifi, everyone shared time & memories together! We enjoyed playing many of the board games, evenings by the fire, roasting s’mores, stargazing, even got to see the Perseid meteor shower! The neighborhood felt safe yet secluded. The pond was clean and big enough for swimming, floating & fishing. It was not as private as I thought it would be, (connected to the campground next door) but it was separate enough for our group. We spent our days there. Like others have mentioned, this is not a glamorous or fancy place, but is clean, homey & welcoming. A quintessential country home. Things are well stocked & labeled. Easy to settle into. Everyone was comfortable. Owner was super nice and communicative. Thanks Pat for sharing it with us!

Great family get away

Was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Privacy, with your own swimming hole, fishing, fire pit and plenty of room for all our outdoor games. Perfect large dining table and 3 bathrooms. We had planned some excursions, but had plenty to do here and enjoy family time.

We had a great weekend the house was just as described and the owner who lives very close was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody staying in the area

We were on a family fishing trip

This location was close to our fishing location. We loved the big back yard and the huge dining room table. Plenty of room for us all to play games. This would have been perfect if the beds were more comfortable.

Beautiful nature scenery away from WiFi

The owners are very attentive. The swimming hole was great bottom and good shallow area on the campground side. Play set needs to be updated and safer. Railing on inside isn’t safe for little children. Overall great little getaway for peace and quite. Don’t depend on gps after M20 it will take you on an adventure get further directions from owners they’re great.

Great place to unplug with the family

We really enjoyed this property. It was just what we were looking for a weekend away with family. We enjoyed the large yard, swimming area, kayaking, fishing, and fire pit. The house has everything we needed for the weekend! We loved that it had a large enough table for all of us to eat at and also play games. It was a beautiful property and lots of amenities. We would love to visit again! The host were amazing and communication was great!

We Enjoyed Being Unplugged

Pat was a good host. She came around Daily to make sure we had what needed. The kids enjoyed the small lake. Our 1 year old was in the water quite a bit and was good with the temperature. The large property gave us a lot of room to do exploring. No cell service (with Verizon) which we weren’t sure about at first ended up being a big positive for us. Pats place Is peaceful and relaxing and being unplugged only helps with that relaxation.

Great for everyone 8 to 62 years old!

Pat was a wonderful hostess; quick to respond and so happy to help. We had 5 adults, a 12 year old and an active 8 year old. We loved all the space inside and out for being together! We used the fire pit with the great chairs two evenings fs’mores and having family time. We floated on the lake one evening. Loved being an hour away from Grand Haven and Pete Marquette beaches.Highly recommend the USS LST 393 museum ship in Muskegon. Every age group enjoyed it. Highly recommend Putters Creek for go carts, mini golf and especially jelly ball (think low impact paint ball). Loved it! God bless you, Pat!

Amazing host and great place

Pat was amazing at making sure we were accommodated. The place is a gem and we were extremely impressed. We were excited to see the gates for the small children and plenty of activities for them to do too. Definitely stay here! Being off grid with hardly any cell service was a breath of fresh air and much needed.

Excellent place to stay if you want to get away with the family. No phone service so everyone had to do things with the family ( played games, fished and swimming) overall we loved it.

Peaceful and friendly experience. Girls River tubing weekend

Pat was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the property. Beds were comfortable and thoughtful details included with rental. We appreciated Pat’s directions to find the hideaway. With low cell service and GPS not getting us there, we needed her help!

A great place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time here. The house is well stocked. Our kids loved playing on the beach and in water. We took bike rides, walks and played many games of horseshoes at the campground. It was a relaxing few days for all of us!

Excellent place to stay

First time booking VRBO and I sure did pick the cream of the crop. Had a first time girls weekend with my aunt, sisters, daughter, and nieces and we had the best time. No WiFi was the perfect setting for us to be able to reconnect. Hazel’s Hideaway impressed us beyond words, so clean and had anything and everything we needed. Pat the owner was so very helpful and kind. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Grandpa and Grandma weekend

The house was very clean and well suited for our gang. We enjoyed our meals around the large table and the well appointed kitchen made preparation easy. The spacious yard was just right for game and the fire pit was very nice.
