The property is in a good location between Key Largo and Tavernier on a dead end lane. All of the neighbors are quiet, friendly and helpful. They instantly made us feel at home. It was great to have my boat on a canal only steps away from the back door. The only negative about the property, and it is a minor one, is that the canal is a little narrow. The home is well furnished with all of the essentials and more. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a long term rental in the upper Keys.
Excellent property to stay and bring your boat. Fishing is great with quick access to the Atlantic or the gulf. Very nice quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and well appointed. Nice kitchen, bathroom, patio and tiki. Pet friendly!
My husband and I booked this house for our anniversary. The place is all updated and very clean. Xenia and Matti were very helpful and accommodating, we even had a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us! Definitely recommend staying here.
Dad and 3-10th grade boys rented house for week during spring break. House was newly remodeled and furnished due to Hurricane Irma flooding, and it was great. Small home but plenty of room for us. The location is walking distance to Snappers restaurant and located on a nice canal with easy access to great fishing and snorkeling spots. We rented a 19â center console boat, it was a very tight fit as the owners have a 32â boat at the dock as well, however they told me they are going to sell that boat and downsize to a 25â boat and that will free up a lot of room for docking larger boats if you are boaters like us. They had some kayaks and a stand up paddleboard that the boys used. Good location, clean, new remodel and owners met us with keys and gave us a nice tour of the place. We had access to washer/dryer and that was great. Overall very good experience, and I would highly recommend this place.
