Great location, clean unit, friendly and helpful hosts.
The property was well located to explore Vicenza. We went just before Christmas and could easily walk into the city center. The property was well laid out and comfortable. We highly recommend this property.
The San Pietro property was a wonderful choice! My husband and teenage son came to visit our oldest son who lives there. Iâll start with the property. Dominico was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. He met us as soon as we pulled up. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 4-story building. Unique to this property is there is an elevator that can be used, which can be hard to find in older parts of the cities. Itâs slow but for luggage, groceries, or someone who needs the lift itâs very nice to have. The apartment comes fully prepared with all the needed amenities. Bedrooms were nice, space was clean, and the kitchen very functional. We rented a car but there is no designated parking for the apartment but there is a small parking lot you can pay for. The challenge is finding a space. It can be very congested and on a busy day/night you may have to circle the block to find an open space. We were there over Christmas and it took us a maximum of 10 minutes to find a spot. The apartment is only minutes from the city center with cafes, museums, and within walking distance to the base of Monte Berico. We hosted group of 8 on Christmas Eve and it accommodated it perfectly. Lovely setting, youâll hear the church bells ringing and youâll get a sense for Italian living being right there in the center of the city. Highly recommend!
The apartment was located very close to the center as advertised. The communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We needed something repaired and it was done the same day.
From the moment of our arrival, we are pleasantly surprised at this property. It is very clean and well located and the owner is quite charming. Thereâs nothing we can say to improve the property, so five stars are appropriate. I will mention one thing though, which was a source of some aggravation. That is, if you have a car parking is quite difficult. During the day, there are ample parking spots for a limited cost. However, if you leave and arrive after 6 PM or so at night, you are going to find it very difficult to find a spot on the street where the property is located and will likely have to walk a good distance to your car. This is not to say that the property isnât lovely; it is. Itâs just a heads up to those who are driving and require convenient parking.
