This old house has been lovingly cared for throughout the years and it shows! The place was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had all of the necessities, and we loved the screened-in porch! The area is quiet but still close enough to bike to the center of town. The perfect spot for a long-overdue family vacation!

We had the best time, this house accommodated my husband and I and both our parents so well. There were a few maintenance things that popped up it was really nice and relieving with how easy it was to report the problems and how quickly they were fixed. The only thing we didn’t realize or wish was supplied was hand towel did the kitchen. We did look into potentially renting next year snd noticed the price had increased, we would recommend some updated living room and porch furniture with the increase.

Great views, comfy beds, super floor plan with 2 separate living spaces. The screened porch with the view was a favorite!! The home was not as clean as we had hoped and the kitchen was lacking a few items that would have been helpful (pot holders, sharp knives and large fry pans) Overall, a great stay!

This house sits right on the beach where you can walk your dog and watch the surfers and close enough to town to make it convenient to restaurants and shops. The house itself is clean and neat and very comfortable. The decks are very nice for sunning and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are small but adequate.

Superb property!

Private secluded feel yet close to all things Folly. Comfortable beds, beautiful spaces. I could live on the sun deck and screened porch - didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wow! What a perfect place to stay! You are literal steps away from the beach, but it is also very private. Everything about our stay was so fantastic and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Beautiful View

The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

Short but sweet get away!

Surf’s up

The proximity to the ocean was amazing. It had Plenty of room too. The porches were so awesome, We did yoga daily on the outside deck🧘🏻. Folly beach is very quaint and super close to the house. We would like to see an upgrade on linens for the comfy beds. We will for sure rent this house again!! Thank you 😊
