Maison de vacances individuelle, lumineuse et spacieuse, avec 2 chambres à coucher, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, avec pour seul usage un grand jardin sécurisé et privé avec un coin repas, Il y a un petit étang sur le côté du jardin qui peut être clôturé sur demande si vous avez des chiens ou des enfants. Il y a aussi un parking privé pour 2 voitures.
Le Cottage se trouve à seulement 1,6 km de Cricklade, une petite ville saxonne historique datant du IXe siècle. La propriété est située à 10 minutes de Swindon et de Cirencester - la capitale des Cotswolds et à quelques minutes du parc aquatique de Cotswolds, idéal pour les promenades à pied ou à vélo et le cyclisme au cœur d'une campagne magnifique. L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir les plaisirs de la région des Cotswolds.

Fabulous - booked again straight away!

We had an absolutely great stay at the cottage. One of my favourite rentals ever. Louise could not have been nicer or more helpful. The cottage was immaculately clean. Well equipped. It was warm and cozy. There was nothing I would change. In fact I booked the cottage again whilst we were there! It's really well placed, everything is easily drive able. This is a real find!

Excellent property in great location

We were extremely impressed with the cottage. It had everything we needed and more to make it a very comfortable four night stay with 4 adults, one child and one dog. It was an excellent base for visiting the Cotswolds

Perfect for a short stay

This place was perfect for a short break in the area. Louise was on hand to welcome me to the property and tell me about the local area. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with a lovely outdoor area although it was too wet and cold to use it this time. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage

Cottage is equipped with everything you could ever need.Very clean and comfortable with off road safe parking. Fully enclosed garden which was safe for our small dog. I would definitely recommend a stay here with many surrounding places to visit. Cricklade very old historic town. Our host was friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat.

Lovely!

Wonderful stay! Everything was as pictured and communication was easy and helpful. Private yard was lovely, kitchen well stocked, comfortable living room and beds. Would definitely recommend! Area attractions within easy reach but the local town also had good cafes and restaurants.

Great home base for Cotswolds

Cricklade has all the essentials for making yourself comfortable in the cottage. Cottage is roomy, clean, and fully equipped. Our hosts were helpful when needed, otherwise invisible. A great experience.

My family didn't want to leave!

The Pond House is lovely! There was plenty of room for my family of five and my 12-year-old loved visiting with the horses. Louise brought us fresh eggs and was a joy to chat with. It was a perfect location for day trips to Bath and Oxford. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect cottage in a beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and Louise, our host, was so friendly and helpful. The cottage was so well equiped which we found unusual as previous cottages that we have stayed in were not so. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Terrific stay

We were welcomed by Louise, a very friendly and helpful owner who showed us around. The property has very secure parking. It is spacious, lounge/dining is roomy as is the bedrooms. It has everthing you need, and is well situated for Cotswold touring. Cricklade itself is well worth a visit. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful cottage

What a find! Pond Cottage is a clean and comfortable cottage. It felt like a home from home and Louise made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely space to come home to each evening, perfect for myself, my husband and his mum. We would not hesitate to visit again or recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at The Pond House. Louise gave us a lot of ideas of things to do in the neighbourhood. The house was clean en had everything we needed. Lousie also let our kids meet her horses, what was really great. We would love to come back some time!

Pond House Cottage

Great house with all amenities including a lovely, spacious garden. Very well appointed and fabulously comfortable. The hosts live in a house on the same property and are absolutely lovely. Having a car is essential. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway. Cirencester and Tetbury and Cricklade are all worth exploring and easily accessible from this property.

Lovely Place and Owner

Stayed 3 nights with my mum and my dog Well situated for visiting the Cotswolds Louise is such a lovely lady and was very accommodating. Large Asda 10 minutes away by car Only downside is that there are no circular dog walks straight out of the property. The nearest one is 5 minutes drive away.

Fantastic break at Pond Cottage!

My parents and my husband and I had a fantastic time at Pond cottage (although we were out on day trips a lot of the time). If coming to the Cotswolds again we will look to consider another visit as the location was great. Louise was very helpful and accommodating upon our arrival and stay, the cottage had everything we needed for self catering-more important at present due to Covid-19 restrictions, the living room and bedrooms were nicely decorated and cosy and having the extra toilet facilities was helpful!

Wonderful

We stayed with our 2 dogs. The property is totally enclosed both front and rear so perfect for dogs . They loved it. The cottage has everything you want , dishwasher , washing machine , etc. lovely and quiet . The weather was perfect but there is a wood burner for chillier nights . Bed was super comfy . The host was great and even left some fresh eggs on the doorstep . Louise also told us some lovely places to visit . We shall definitely visit again

Amazing find!!

Gorgeous cottage. Surprisingly spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean it had everything we needed. Very dog friendly with the tiled floor downstairs and we really appreciated the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. Set in a pretty rural location but handy to Cricklade...just a few minutes in the car. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden. as did our dogs. Louise is a great host, communicating well beforehand, meeting us at the cottage on arrival and being on hand during our stay. We would highly recommend Pond House Cottage and hope to return 🙂

It’s alright, needs a bit more effort

It’s a nice spacious property and the location is fine, you can get where you want to go easily. Louise and her husband are welcoming and pleasant. Would I go back, nah! It’s unloved, which makes it hard work. I don’t want to write this stuff but Virbo kind of insist. The grass is cut but clumps of wet grass get walked into the house because the stepping stones to the patio have become overgrown, we had to cut back the buddlea to get on to the patio, the garden furniture is in a bad state of repair and really should be replaced. All of the cupboards in the kitchen are under counter, I should have seen that from the photos so I’ll take that on the chin, but it makes everything hard, bending and deep cupboards. No lock on the toilet door no broom hoover doesn’t really work, it all becomes hard work It needs some TLC
