Private Coachhouse + Hot Tub au coeur de Niagara

1912 - La Villa Niagara a été construite comme la première ferme du district de Grantham et la maison d'entraînement a été construite pour abriter et stocker le matériel agricole.

Aujourd'hui, le logement a remplacé les terres agricoles, mais la maison d'origine et Coachhouse restent sur une propriété comme l'une des dernières maisons de ferme d'origine de cette région. Le Coach House a été converti en quartiers d'habitation, contenant maintenant 2 unités confortables d'une chambre.

Au cours de la dernière année, le Chalet a subi une rénovation complète et nous avons recréé l'unité inférieure pour vos prochaines vacances à Niagara. Nous avons anticipé tous vos besoins de vacances en incorporant des équipements importants pour vous tels que l'accès à une chambre en plein air "cour" privée complète avec votre propre jacuzzi privé. Un centre de lavage compact, WIFI, Bell Télé et de multiples HD TV - tout est complètement nouveau, de la cuisine, à la salle de bain carrelée personnalisée.

Vous serez idéalement au centre de toutes les zones souhaitables à Niagara comme Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, vignerons, Port Dalhousie, et à distance de marche de l'écluse 1 du canal Welland et le sentier du canal d'étirement du lac Ontario au lac Érié.

Bien que notre villa est idéale pour un couple cherchant une escapade, nous vous fournirons un matelas portable pour les enfants qui pourraient dormir dans le salon.

Nous vivons dans la maison de ferme d'origine à la gauche du Coachhouse, et pouvons vous aider en cas de besoin pour vous aider à tirer le meilleur parti de vos vacances.

Great little weekend getaway

The coach house was impeccably clean, quaint and bright with natural sunlight. The backyard is very private and the hot tub was delightful. We are hoping to be back again in the fall!

Great Getaway

The Coach House is in an ideal location. We enjoyed visiting wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake as well as to the west of St. Catherines. The Coach House is clean and has everything you need. The hot tub is an added plus.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at your VRBO. Its location served our needs very well which allowed us to have a great visit to sites in the area. We highly recommend it and would love to return someday.

A lovely retreat

The property was super cute and well located between Niagara Falls and Toronto. Downtown St Catherine’s was also close and nice to go to. We also went for some walks very close near the property. We really enjoyed having a private space, especially the kitchen and the hot tub!

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful carriage house, very clean and neat. Close to the canal for viewing ships. Attentive hosts, very helpful in answering questions about the area. Everything you want in a quiet vacation rental. If it is available, book it.

Perfect getaway

This is the best place we have ever stayed on VRBO. It was immaculately clean and tidy. The location was great to see and do everything we had planned. It's private and safe place. Sherri was a great host, answering my questions about beaches and restaurants. If we ever visit that area again we're definitely going to stay there.

Coach House Delight

Perfect

My boyfriend and I plan on coming back here. They provided bikes where we went on a beautiful ride to Sunset beach. They provided a tandem kayak where we spent a day kayaking and seeing beautiful scenery. The location is perfect.

A beautiful coach house for two.

This villa was absolutely perfect!

Carl and Sherrie thought of absolutely everything to make our stay just perfect! Everything you could possibly want is provided, including coffee, tea, fresh bagels and pastries! The coach House is beautifully decorated with high quality finishes and linens, we will definitely be back!

Great Oasis

Loved this beautifully appointed carriage house in St. Catherines. The kitchen was so well equipped, bed heavenly and the outdoor hot tub and fire table were awesome. Location was perfect, 10-15 min from everything. Thank you!

Cozy home away from home

This is a wonderful, clean, cozy home in a great location. The hosts Sherrie and Carl have thought of absolutely everything. I love hooks lol and there were hooks situated conveniently in every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

An abundance of charm in the perfect location!

The Coachhouse is perfect for a weekend getaway to the Niagara area! We loved the easy access to the Welland Canal, wineries, and Niagara Falls. Carl and Sherrie gave fantastic recommendations for dining and exploration of the area. We really enjoyed borrowing their bikes to make the 42km trek from lake to lake! The Coachhouse is beautifully decorated, private, and is stocked with everything you might need! We can't wait to book again for next fall!

Charming coach house - worth booking!

Hosts Sherrie and Carl have thought of everything you will need to make your accommodation memorable, including local artifacts and books in area. Ideal location to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the falls. Three night stay is recommended to see the local area. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in unit or BBQ. Photos are accurate, but you need to see this property live to experience its full beauty. Great experience

The owners were more than fair when I needed to change my booking due to a family emergency. They are friendly and good communicators. The property is perfectly clean, updated, and had everything you need! The bikes were a huge plus for us! What a fun touch.

The property was immaculate. Tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need.

The property is located in a nice neighborhood. It is easy to find and within half hour to the Falls. Lots of things to do locally, even if the weather isn't the best. Kitchen is well equipped to make meals. If you don't want to cook lots of restaurants in the area. Didn't meet the owners, but they seemed very nice through notes. Said if we needed anything we could call, text, or walk over to their place. I highly recommend this place.

Great place for a romantic getaway

My boyfriend and I went up for our anniversary and this house was a highlight of our trip! Carl and Sherrie have done a great job with the renovation and making it feel modern but cozy. They had several pastries, juice and fruit in the fridge for us when we got there, tasting cards for a few wineries that were less than 10 minutes away, and suggestions for activities around the area as well. It was a great location, only 15 minutes from Niagara on the lake, and 20 minutes from the falls. We went up to Toronto for a day which is about an hour and a half away, and they had suggestions for towns to stop at along the drive. We can't recommend this beautiful Coach-house enough!

We're proud parents of 3 lovely kids and crazy about our 5 grand daughters and one grandson!

Old homes have been our interest so when we had the chance to acquire the largest original farm estate in Grantham district, along with it's Coach House, we jumped at the chance!

We've combined our favourite TV show, HGTV's "Fixer Upper", and our renovation skills to provide your what we hope is a unique relaxing experience.

We enjoy local history, so we've amassed a small collection of old, very unique books about local history regarding the Falls, the Welland Canal, Niagara-on-the-Lake etc, so we know you'll enjoy those!

We love the water, Carl is a SCUBA diver - always seeking old treasures on the bottom of the Niagara River. Sherrie loves day-tripping to local antique stores, seeking a new "find"!

We hope you'll schedule your next trip with us.
