Belle unique étage privé 5 BR, 4 BA Villa à seulement 12-15 minutes de Disney

Bienvenue à la Tuscan Pines Villa, notre spacieuse villa de plain-pied luxueusement meublée située dans la communauté de Tuscan Hills, une communauté "fermée" de style méditerranéen dans un cadre privé et paisible, à seulement quelques minutes des attractions sportives et de divertissement de renommée mondiale d'Orlando. Notre villa a 5 grandes chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain et le garage est fini et utilisé comme salle de jeux avec une grande table de billard, une table de baby-foot de style tournoi, une table de hockey air de 7 'et un jeu de basket-ball avec des cerceaux. éclairé et ventilé.

La grande suite parentale a un matelas king size, les deux en-suites ont chacune un lit queen, un placard et une salle de bain complète.
Les 2 autres chambres ont 2 lits jumeaux dans chacune et partagent une salle de bain complète.

La villa a une grande piscine privée "chauffée" isolée (13 'x 25') et un spa Jacuzzi attenant. La piscine est orientée au sud et donne sur une pinède. Les clients de notre villa le trouveront idéalement situé à quelques minutes en voiture des attractions de Disney, des parcours de golf de championnat locaux, de nombreux restaurants, des épiceries et des pharmacies.

Golf Vacation

Grandkids’ first time at Disney

Property is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very spacious and clean. We were able to move around each other and our belongings easily without feeling crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed We weren’t cooking much as we were at the park morning till night every day. But it was just enough for quick breakfasts and midnight snacks. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very convenient location in proximity to the parks and a very nice quiet community. Highly recommended would stay here again! .

Excellent Stay

The house was everything as advertised. Very clean and was very well equipped. We had a large thanksgiving dinner and we had no problem preparing the meal and had all the utensils needed. We had a great time and would stay there again.

We stayed for ten days over Christmas . The house is beautiful and has a very great layout. The owner has thought of everything and is very attentive. Would definitely stay again, location is perfect.

Amazingly Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Tuscan Hills property. It is in a gated community, Close to restaurants, grocery stores and Disney parks. The house is decorated nicely, was very clean. The pool and spa were nice and outdoor seating area has a TV to enjoy. It was perfect for our stay while we went to the Disney Parks. The Host was very friendly and helpful with communication to access the property. I would definitely stay here again, it was so wonderful.

Nice Disney stay

Wanted a private place to stay off hours when we were bringing kids to Disney and Universal. This was the perfect location for commuting back and forth. The house has plenty of room and everything was maintained nicely. I would recommend it to anyone!

Awesome Family Friendly Rental

EVERYTHING about this rental, the booking, the owner contact, the property, the amenities, and location was AMAZING! The home is beautiful & well stocked. We loved hanging out in the pool & hot tub watching TV in the evening as well as the game room! We were in reasonable proximity to the parks & close to a charging station for our electric vehicle. We will definitely stay here in future trips when we have small grandkids. They literally had strollers & swim diapers!!! I

Perfect Family Getaway

Well maintained and spacious home for our adult family to enjoy quality and quantity time together. The pool and lanai area was used daily to enjoy the warm weather ( visiting from the north ) and fresh air. Bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. We bought a few items for the kitchen (i.e. baster, grater ) to cook Thanksgiving meal only to discover it was already there ! We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for our family of 6 to stay, while vacationing in Florida! Close to SO MANY Orlando attractions, yet located in a quiet, beautiful gated Tuscan Villa community!! We were so impressed w the cleanliness of this home and the attention to EVERY detail…too many to list! We had every comfort of home and then some!!! Special touches included beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfy couches, fully stocked and convenient kitchen, fluffy towels, a loaded game garage & an AMAZING pool…fun for the whole fam both day & night!! Words can’t express how lovely this place is! Even nicer than the pictures. Very clean. Spacious. Fully stocked with everything you need. Gated and safe. Twenty minutes from Disney. Restaurants within 10 minutes. The game room, pool with multi lights, complimentary board games, and outdoor tv are highlights! Not a boring moment. Rick, the owner, is kind and attentive. Definitely highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

A Genuinely 5-Star Experience

I would honestly need to write a novel to capture just how satisfied and impressed we were with our stay. Not only was it cleaner, bigger, and more luxurious than the already flattering pictures would suggest, the house is also stocked to the brim with every comfort, every extra, every last detail one could ever (and never) conceive of. I am an exceptionally "demanding" and "particular" guest. I have almost unreasonably high expectations when it comes to these things. Rick truly exceeded them all. To name a few of the perks: the pool toys, the blankets, the robes, the extra towels, the premier laundry appliances, the dishware, the board games, the first genuinely comfortable bed, the TV quality, his response time, and the professionalism of the staff who serviced the hot tub and pool. Again, I could go on. There is too much to enjoy at this property, and we didn't even get a chance to fully utilize its potential. To anyone debating the higher price point, I emphatically say, it is worth it and then some. It would practically be irresponsible not to shell out the extra money for a stay of this caliber. I am not only grateful to Rick for our stay, I'm seriously motivated to reach out to him for mentorship on how to create such a stellar vacation experience at his rental home.

We looked at many properties before deciding to purchase Tuscan Pines. One major reason was the loving care that the previous owner gave it. They truly loved this place and spent many hours making it special and never once did they try to cut corners. You can tell the minute you enter Tuscan Pines that it has the charisma and character that makes you want to keep on coming back. We love it here and we know you will too.

My wife and I fell in love with Tuscan Pines. The previous owner truly cared about this beautiful villa and we decided we would carry on the tradition and keep the name "Tuscan Pines Villa". We have received annual awards as one of the highest ratings (9.9) for reviews in 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 from Booking.com and VRBO. My wife and I are committed to making our villa a place that you will create wonderful memories with your family.
