Notre villa de luxe au premier étage située au centre est une chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain avec un porche grillagé donnant sur un lagon pittoresque. Nous sommes à distance de marche de la belle plage de Kiawah, du Sanctuary Hotel et d'East Beach Village. . Nous offrons toutes les commodités du complexe, y compris les privilèges de piscine pour la piscine Night Heron Park, avec sa nouvelle piscine d'eau adjacente pour adultes et enfants. Un privilège incontournable lors de vacances avec des enfants. Les autres équipements comprennent une salle d'entraînement et le transport de l'île avec un appel téléphonique. We had a great stay here! The unit was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The ability to access the resort privileges really sets this villa above most of the other listings—we have young children and spent most of our time at the Night Heron pools.

We just returned from a week at Mrs. Reeder's beautiful 2BR/2BA condo on Kiawah Island, and it was outstanding from start to finish. Mrs. Reeder was warm, communicative, and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay.The condo was immaculate and just a short walk to the beach. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio overlooking the lagoon — such a peaceful place to enjoy our meals.A huge bonus was the rental's Resort Privileges, which we didn't expect from a VRBO listing. We got discounted rates at all five golf courses, discounts on food and beverages around the island, and fitness center access. My son and I played Turtle Point, Osprey Point, and the Ocean Course — ranked among the best public courses in the country, and it lived up to the hype.Kiawah is stunning, but Mrs. Reeder made this trip truly special. Highly recommend — we'd book with her again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable and close to everything

Comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the view from the screened in patio and our close proximity to all of the resort amenities. We will be back!

Perfect!

The place was exactly at is was described and looked in pictures. Proximity to the different parts of Kiawah was great. It was easy to get to and from places by bike. On foot, it might have been a hike at times to the beach or pool, but we were happy to get around by bike everywhere! Beautiful island and great condo!

Perfect family vacation

This villa was perfect for our family of 4 especially since it came with resort access. We split our time between the beach and pool with lots of fun bike rides getting to and from. The kids and adults enjoyed resort activities like pottery painting, tie-dye, live bands and tons of other activities at Night Heron park. The water slides were a huge hit. The home was well-equipped for what we needed. We ate most dinners out at the great restaurants in the resort. Margaret was easy to communicate with. Kiawah is beautiful!

Perfect getaway for wildlife watching!

We absolutely loved our stay in Turtle Pointe! The lagoon view from the screened porch was constant entertainment! We saw a mama twin baby deer feed in the morning and evening. There were abundant turtles, waterfowl, and small alligators to watch in and out of the water. The bike ride to the beach was quick and simple. I would recommend for older guests driving to the Sanctuary and using their beach access. We did this for my disabled husband. The resturants were excellent. Our favorite was the Pub at Cougar Pointe and BBQ at Osprey Point. The views at the Ryder Cup are also fantastic. Don't miss a stop there! Overall the villa was well-appointed. Any minor issues were fixed quickly with all call to resort staff. The host, Margaret, was fantastic to work with and quick to reply to requests. We would definitely stay again!

Best Property/ Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and loved this Villa. Very clean, close walk to the Sanctuary and a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. We loved the view of the lagoon in the back as well as the size of the Master Bathroom/ Bedroom. Very easy to communicate with the owner of property. We loved this place!

Location, Views and Fun!

This property was a very easy and comfortable place for my family of 4 to stay. We were able to bike EVERYWHERE, safely watch alligators and other wildlife right from our porch and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of Kiawah Island. The owner is just a delight to speak with as well!

We ordered new furniture in May and was promised it would be delivered by September but the supply chain now confirms that it will arrive in January. We are anxiously awaiting a new look for our guests. We love to share our Villa and Kiawah and help everyone enjoy their vacation.

Wonderful Visit

We loved our first visit to Kiawah Island. The property was comfortable for our family of four, and an easy bike to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and all the amenities the island had to offer!

Great condo, beautiful view, clean, close to beach and pools

Check-in at the condo was easy and Margaret was wonderful to work with. She always was ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is in a great location with an easy bike to the beach and pools. The view over the pond was very peaceful. The condo was super clean when we arrived and had plenty of kitchen amenities for use. The check-in process was easy and the week overall was wonderful.

Peaceful Property

Girls get away. I loved sitting in the porch in the morning having coffee listening to the birds sing and watching the wildlife by the pond. The location is perfect. We rented bikes and rode all over the island and on the beach. But the best of all was the owner. Margret was amazing. Extremely accommodating. Best Vrbo experience I have ever had. Great lagoon view

Our stay here was a much needed vacation. The lagoon views and night heron pool access are the top reasons for picking this unit. First floor is also a plus for easy loading of luggage. The unit is in need of a makeover but it has been well maintained during its life as a rental property. I think the carpet in the living room should probably be switched for a more beach friendly material like vinyl plank floors. We also couldn’t find a sheet pan for making frozen pizzas. We would stay again if we come again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our villa. New flooring has been scheduled to be installed at the end of May and we have some planned updates to be done at that time. It's important to us that our guests have a great experience at Kiawah. The Kiawah Island Resort management company usually does a good job of keeping track of our kitchen inventory but I will remind them to check it again.
