Location and parking was perfect. Close to town for all your needs. Safe, quiet, and secure. Could easily have a motorcycle trailer there a.d unload it if that suits you. Plenty of room and full kitchen with everything you would need. Host was great.and offered knowledge of eateries and things around town.
Cozy little town. We enjoyed staying in the apartment for Labor day weekend. We had to cut our time short, but will definitely stay at Teresa's when we come up that way again.
This property was clean and inviting and right in the middle of our destinations! Property manager was very friendly, easy to get in touch with, and honestly and quickly answered all of my questions!
Teresaâs place was cute, cozy and very roomy for our family of 4. It was a great central location for all the activities we wanted to do in the surrounding areas. We would come back!
Great rental. Friends and i stayed 2 nights. Teresa was awsome! We arrived late and she had made sure we were comfortable and even got a fan for us last minute. Already booked for next year. Will stay again for sure.
Everything was nice and clean plenty of parking and it is gated.Teresa went out off her way to make our stay felt like a home. We will be back on our next trip to ride mountains
We wanted to spend a couple days on the motorcycle rides in that area. This location worked out perfect for us. There's a gated fence so we felt safe with the bikes. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. We were two couples. The host was very accommodating, easy to reach and helpful.
It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and there were plenty of added touches that made it convenient and comfortable.
Great quiet place to stay - convenient to amenities and things to do
Teresa's place was great - she was very responsive to all of our inquiries both before and during our stay and overall our stay was great!
We came to the area to drive the Tail of the Dragon, to swim in Lake Santeelah, and to visit the Great Smokey Mountains National Park - all were covenient and a short drive from where we stayed. Amenities such as gas, groceries, etc. were all close by as well.
We'd stay there again.
We have been coming to Robbinsville off and on since 2010. We love the peaceful surroundings while seeing the beautiful countryside. We have stayed at almost all the lodging choices available and this is right at the top of our favorites! Everything about it was way above our expectations and this will not be our only time staying here!
I will preface my review with this; the only reason Iâm giving the âaccuracy of online listingâ 4 stars is because the listing spells the road Gordan but the street sign says Gordon. Cause a little confusion when ending the address to my stepmom.
Other than that, the place was great. My brother, sister and I stayed three nights. Teresa was great at answering any questions I had and was quick to respond. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend!
Our stay in Teresaâs get away apartment was exactly what we needed. Rooms were spacious, full size kitchen meant we could prepare our Thanksgiving meal properly and enjoy it around the table together. Much appreciated were the little extra touches such as the snack basket and the sleep number bed. Everything was very clean. Already planning to come in each season to enjoy NC and the Great Smoky Mountains.
My girls and I had a great time at Teresa's in Robbinsville. The place was large, very clean and comfortable. Teresa and her sister were amazing hosts. We had an issue upon our checkout (self inflicted!) and Teresa went way above and beyond to accommodate our mishap. Wonderful people.
I am a Graham County native. When I graduated from high school I attended Mars Hill College and then the University of Tennessee. Eventually, I came back home to live in 1995 and have been here ever since. I have worked as a school counselor, an event coordinator and 4-H agent. I am currently the director of after school and summer programs for the school system.
My father bought the property in the 1950's and operated a garage in the rock building. Later on a hardware store with apartments on top was built. My parents had monthly rentals from the 1960's until my mother's death.
I inherited the property from my parents when my mother passed away in 2010. I did not want to continue do monthly rentals and thought I might enjoy opening the apartments to guests and meeting people who came here to visit.
We have been remodeling one apartment at a time. We opened in 2014 and now we have three apartments available and are working on getting the fourth ready for guests.
After the apartments are completed we will begin work on landscaping and renovating the old rock garage into usable space. We have a vision for what the property will be in five more years and would love to have guests share in our journey.
The property is located in town and is close to a lot of attractions and government offices.
I have notebooks in each apartment listing things to do in the area. I try to make suggestions on places to visit, where to eat, and what not to miss if you have the time.
In addition, my sister and I live on the property so there is someone nearby most of the time.
