Condo Napili Point - Vue spectaculaire

Napili Point, l'unité A-2 est située sur la rive ouest de Maui. Ce condo d'une chambre entièrement équipé au rez-de-chaussée (4 couchages) offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan Pacifique depuis la véranda et le salon, avec les îles de Molokai et Lanai au loin. Situé à quelques mètres de l'eau, vous apprécierez le bruit des vagues qui s'écrasent le long du littoral et les brises fraîches de l'océan. Notre numéro d'identification fiscale à Hawaï: GE-209-081-7536-01

Que vous fassiez de la plongée en apnée avec les tortues de mer dans le sanctuaire marin national adjacent, que vous observiez les baleines en hiver, que vous surfiez, que vous montiez sur un boogey ou que vous vous contentiez de vous détendre sur la véranda pour profiter d'un arc-en-ciel, cela ne fait tout simplement pas mieux. Il y a une belle plage de sable fin à seulement 150 mètres à Napili Bay, à deux minutes à pied.

Notre unité est privée mais pratique. Il est situé loin du bruit de la piscine et des barbecues, mais ces équipements sont disponibles et vous y avez pleinement accès. Depuis le 1er septembre 2015, nous avons une salle de bain entièrement rénovée et un coin vanité avec deux lavabos.

Nos tarifs sont inférieurs à ceux pratiqués par de nombreux autres condos à Napili Point Resort et d'autres condos comparables dans la région. Nous pensons que vous allez l'adorer ici!

Beautiful condo with a priceless view.

We loved our stay at Napili Point. Maui is always fantastic, and we think the view from the lanai at this condo is the best on the island. The condo is comfortable, with all the necessary equipment provided for beach activities. The kitchen was also well stocked. The owner communicated promptly, and check in was easy. We’ll be back!

Napili Point Paradise

Our favorite place to stay on Maui! The ocean view and sound of the waves displayed the glory of God! Whale watching, snorkeling to see turtles, close to beaches, restaurants, sight seeing. The view was incredible, the host was great, the bed was comfortable. Appliances functional and useful. Nearby great snorkeling and beach and pool was great for relaxing. Perhaps a hot tub on the grounds would be a cherry on top.

Amazing location

Property exactly as described, though the location and views are understated. So beautiful with tide pools right outside patio, easy walk down and little walk to beach. So relaxing, so close to napili market that had everything in little mall (coffee shop and good eats). Highly recommend and would def return!

Outstanding Property!

You have it all here - clean and quiet place nestled right along the ocean with some of the best ocean views you will ever see. Combine this with a super convenient location to the beach, store, restaurants and golf course and you have yourself a perfect vacation spot. Definitely will return again!

Great Stay Napili Point A-2

If you are looking for a beautiful view and with all of the amenities needed, Napili Point A-2 is a fantastic place to stay! Bob was a great host, communicated every detailed and helped us have a great stay. North Maui has so many amazing places to visit and is well worth trying for those that want to get away from Kaanapali to something with a calmer and quieter feel. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend staying at this property!

Amazing!!

We don’t want to leave! The view and location of the condo is the best!! We sat on the lanai everyday and enjoyed the morning rainbows and the evening sunsets. The whales were entertaining us just off shore!! What a lovely and romantic place to spend our vacation. Thank you Bob for being a great host! We will be back! 🌊🏝️🌺

Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect; a short walk to Napili Bay and the Kapalua Beach trails. And....the VIEW....it really doesn’t get any better than it! Bob is also a wonderful host. He is very helpful and thoughtful. 5 stars!!

Fantastic location

Gorgeous oceanfront condo! We loved being right out on the point and hearing the waves from the condo, and especially from the bedroom at night. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was updated, very clean, and well stocked. It was very warm when we were there so we utilized the AC during the hot part of the day, as needed. Bob was great to work with and we will definitely return.

Location, location, location! We loved our stay At Napili point. The condo is clean, the king bed is comfy, the pull out bed was perfect for our teen. Loved the kitchen it had all we needed and was nice to have meals in. The ocean front location is so magical. We loved having breakfast on the patio while spotting whales, rainbows and just watching the ocean. The tide pools were so fun to explore and Honokeana cove is fun to snorkle with the turtles. Love being walking distance to Napili, and Kapalua beaches. Kapalua has great snorkeling. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood feel and would stay here again. It is a favorite for us.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is pure paradise. My mother and her partner stayed here and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about the condo, the whole property and the very friendly and responsive owner. The condo has incredible ocean views and the Hawaiian breeze is lovely. Our family enjoyed using the property grills for family gatherings and used the pool in the late afternoons. It was a great place to be situated. We would recommend to all friends and family.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our week at the Napili Point condo. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. There are tide pools just outside the condo, which our children explored every morning. We saw dolphins from the lanai, as well as a rainbow almost every morning. The beach was so close and the snorkeling was wonderful--we saw so many sea turtles. We slept so well, listening to the sound of the ocean (and the bed is so comfortable!). Bob was an excellent host, with clear and attentive communication. We would definitely come back!

Amazing View and Location

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The view from the lanai is amazing. We so enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the lanai and coming back to watch the sunset each day. The location is unbeatable. We have been to Maui quite a few times and this is hands down our favorite location. It is within extremely short walking distance of our favorite beach (Napili Bay) as well as one of the best bays on the island for snorkeling with sea turtles. In addition to this, Bob is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He is quick to respond and very kind. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Maui.

Million dollar view and good amenities

The view from the condo is amazing. It’s like a post card morning, noon and night. Aside from that, the condo was well equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. Things that we appreciated: Britta water filter, big bag of ice in the freezer, beach chairs and boogie boards, nice cooking supplies, two sinks in the bathroom and two hairdryers, nice BBQs, good pools. Good bed and decent mattress on the pullout couch. It should be noted that the beach it not quick access. There is a path right outside of the condo but it is rocky and uneven so not doable for everyone. The alternate is to walk through the parking lot and around the corner into the Napili Shores property which is fine, but it’s a bit of a walk especially if you are carrying beach items. But that is a minor point in the grand scheme and we loved our stay here. Would definitely return.

Perfect Location and Host -> Perfect Vacation For Our Family

Our first time to Maui and our stay at Bob and Tracy place made it perfect all around. Thanks to everyone for all the ultra positive and accurate feedback that led us to this piece of paradise in the land of paradise. We were also lucky to meet Bob and Tracy and they are even nicer in person and I can confirm that Bob is also very very helpful with tips for things to do in area and a great swimmer too. :-) Everything is already described by everyone is accurate. We enjoyed the mesmerizing ocean view and sound, see the turtle swimming from walkway and also up close while snorkeling in the cove seconds away from our door. My wife used the high-end cooking equipment to cook wonderful meal for the family and in-unit washer/dryer saved us from packing our whole closet. We used the beach chairs, towel and my son had fun learning to use the boogie board for the first time to wide the wave at the Napili beach next door. Overall a perfect 10 stay for our family vacation that is too short :-) and we can not wait to come back. Thank you Bob and Tracy.

Great time in paradise

We had an amazing time in Maui. Napili point was a great condo right by the beach 🌊. Hearing the waves and the views were awesome. The grounds were clean and the pool was great too! The condo had everything we needed. We bought some noodles for the beach and left there for others to use when they are there to take down to the beach The condo we stayed was perfect and the upgrades were nice. I loved sitting out on the Lani in the morning with my coffee ☕️ watching the waves crash into the rocks. Just as well as the evening watching the sunset 🌅. I also enjoyed sitting out there and reading my book. So peaceful. I loved our condo as it was in the back and had more privacy. Only thing would recommend would be a fan to move the air around as the air conditioning didn't need much which was located in the bedroom, but would get stuffy back toward the bathroom area. Just a small thing to add but other than that Yes I would go back and Loved it there 💙

Beautiful unit, spectacular view

Reluctantly, we dragged ourselves away from beautiful Unit A2 yesterday morning and came home. It was a blissful week in paradise made easy and accessible because of the convenience of this unit. The unit is beautifully decorated with a master bedroom (sliding panels separate it from the living room) and pullout sofa. Our little family of three was quite comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and well furnished. The view from the unit is a HUGE selling point! It is quite spectacular with amazing sunrise and sunset views of both Lanai and Molokai. We were treated to shows two days in a row from spinner dolphins just off shore - truly a treat! I could have stayed on that lanai forever watching the waves against the rocks. The unit has all that we needed to function for the week - washer and dryer, dishwasher (bring detergent for both), hair dryer, hangers, two beach towels, two chairs, beach umbrellas, plenty of towels and pillows. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, glassware (we left behind some silicone wine glasses that we brought so that we could have drinks outside). The beach at Napili Bay is a short walk over a path and rocks. Easily navigable and don't miss breakfast at The Gazebo Restaurant (if you go the morning after you arrive, you'll wake up early if from the mainland and can be first in line!). There is no direct beach access in front of the unit but the walk is easy to Napili. If you walk in the other direction, there is a gorgeous cove where there are tons of turtles! This is an extremely well kept unit with all that you need for a fantastic visit. If we return to Maui, we will be sure to book this unit again!

Tracy and Bob Owen live in San Luis Obispo. We and our children love vacations at Napili Point. It was only natural to buy a unit at the best-situated resort and share it with others. We are an active family enjoying horses and triathlons, so Maui gives us the environment and challanges we love.

We bought the property because it had over 60 5-star ratings through 2017. The unit offers the best of Napili: it is on the water with unobstructed views of neighboring islands. The unit was completely renovated by the previous owners and is stylishly decorated. Comfortable and quiet with no units over you. If you enjoy quiet, beautiful, and relaxing comfort in the tropics, this is the unit.
