Villa Magnolia à Cala Galdana

Villa Magnolia is a majestic semi-detached villa with private pool that is composed of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a landscaped outdoor area where you will find, in addition to the large swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue and outside furniture.

Villa Magnolia also has central air conditioning, WiFi, safe and Radio CD with iPod input and also it has private parking.

The rooms are divided into three double bedrooms. On the one hand there is the master bedroom suite with double bed and direct access to the terrace. Moreover, the other two bedrooms are formed each with two single beds and have a family bathroom. All bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitroceramic, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and utensils. It has direct access to the rear terrace of the villa, where we will find the barbecue and an outdoor table with garden chairs to enjoy outdoor meals is.

The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV and a dinning area. It has direct access to the covered terrace at the front overlooking the pool and the mountains, a great place to enjoy a drink in its comfortable chairs on those warm and calm summer evenings.

Although they are totally independent, Villa Magnolia is twin sister of Villa Lavanda as they are nearly identical and are next to each other. It is ideal for two families or a large group of friends, offering proximity from each other but at the same time retaining the intimacy and privacy of your own villa.

A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop, which offers a good service during the summer and reaches all Menorca’s villages. So the rental car is not essential, but always advisable on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different places and overall to unspoiled beaches.
