Beau plan à aire ouverte avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle, maison de ville à un étage avec vue sur la montagne (Unité A4). Idéalement situé à seulement cinq minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Moab. Cette maison vraiment spéciale apaisera votre âme ...

Une visite à notre maison de ville de trois chambres à Moab, conçue de manière experte, témoigne de son emplacement central, proche des commodités de la région. Cette résidence entièrement moderne et neuve est parfaite pour deux familles à partager avec une cuisine bien approvisionnée, un foyer à gaz, une salle à manger et une terrasse fermée avec barbecue à gaz. Le développement de Rim Village offre des maisons de ville en adobe privées, calmes et joliment aménagées avec un paysage de rue praticable à pied et des commodités telles que la piscine communautaire (chauffée d’avril à octobre) et les bains à remous (chauffés à l’année).

La résidence propose un garage pour deux voitures et un cerceau de basket-ball et une table de ping-pong lorsque vous ne explorez pas les sentiers et les rivières de la région. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement pour les remorques, etc. à Rim Village.

Les deux chambres et le salon offrent une télévision haute définition et la salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire à jets pour se détendre après une journée d'aventure.

Nice condo complex

Great place to stay and lots of space. We appreciated the information booklet that gave us tips on places in the area. The garage was handy for storing bikes! The area is south of Moab so it is quiet but you do have a bit more driving into the centre of Moab and to trails etc. to the North. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Stayed for a week. There was plenty of parking for our offer vehicles which was really nice. Wish the pool would’ve opened up sooner as it was pretty hot. Otherwise, we would stay there again next year.

Perfect for a Fall Getaway

This property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was so nice to get out and enjoy the 4x4 trails during the day and then have a comfortable space to come back to for a relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a good place to stay. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place was pretty clean - had a few stray black hairs in the bathroom tub/floor and the kitchen counter was a little gritty. Some of the dishes we rewashed before use. Would have liked some more comforts like throw blankets and some Kleenex. We stayed for about a week and there was only enough toilet paper/garbage bags for a few days, most places we've stayed provides a lot more than that especially with the price here being higher than a lot of places. This place was nice to have our dog, it stayed nice and cool for him. However even though it’s listed as pet friendly there are strict instructions that dogs aren’t allowed to be left without crating, and not allowed on furniture which doesn’t exactly feel welcoming but depending on different peoples dogs I do understand. Overall if you are coming down to hit the trails this is a great place to store your ride and equipment over night with a large garage available and nice to have dinner in with a grill and full kitchen sets.

My main complaint was that we received an email the night before check out that asked us to load and start the washer strip the beds run the dishwasher etc.... But yet we paid well over $200 in cleaning fee... prior to stay.. And there was an envelope there to leave a tip in I felt we were gouged on that end. But was very happy with the accommodations! Would consider staying again.

Clean and quiet with beautiful view!

This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Hidden Valley trailhead. We took walks in the community every evening and enjoyed the beautiful views as the light changed. There is a community pool a short walk away and though we didn't use it, it appeared clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, though we nearly panicked when we realized we didn't bring coffee filters. Fortunately, we found some above the refrigerator (thank you!). We appreciated the mountain biking guide -- it led us to some adventures. The patio was very nice -- the birds in the trees nearby kept us entertained. We felt very much at home - thanks!

The garage fit a stock 4 door f150 and happy to see i could still put our jeep in as well. Bery friendly area and pleasant experience. Will definitely choose these condos again in the future.
