Exceptional service from our hosts. Wonderful apartment- clean, pretty, and comfortable. It was so easy to get to right inside the Buza gate. We saw so many people hauling their luggage forever across the stones and up many, many steps. We would stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. You couldn’t be more centrally located but it was also really quiet at night. Check in was easy and loads of information with restaurant recommendations as well. We will be back!

Perfect Apartment

If you want to stay near or in the Old Town, this apartment is absolutely perfect. Spacious studio, gracious host, and fantastic location right at the Buza (North) Gate.

Fantastic property!!! Dubrovnik

Omg we loved %100 everything about this apt. It’s fantastic inside: all artsy, unique, charming, adorable. Great terrace overlooking the passersby. Clean very well appointed w all you need. Perfect location: just inside one of the main gates into the old town. The best part was Darijo our host. Spent so much time w us sharing all sorts of info on what to do, where to visit. He was delightful funny and always available. This is the best place we stayed in our month of travel. Dubrovnik is magical!!!

Amazing Property

This is a Must Stay. The team / owner are responsive and accommodating. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay amazing. Quiet, clean and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Also, the location is perfect. We saw others dragging their luggage up and down multiple stories of stairs. This is right at the gate. So convenient. Don’t hesitate! Book it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Little Heaven Inside Dubrovnik Old Town

This is a perfect little studio for a couple wanting to enjoy Dubrovnik and vicinity. All worked well. Domagoj and is mother were wonderful hosts, very helpful and informative. The distance from the car parking to the apartment is shorter than from parking to almost any hotel lobby - so the fact that cars are not allowed inside the city is not a problem at all . It was hot and humid in Dubrovnik when we were there, and getting back inside to the cooling from the well working AC was always a wonderful treat! We can highly recommend this little well furnished and equipped oasis to any couple who appreciates being inside the old city, yet with easy access to transportation through a short walk through the Buza-Vrata gate which the appartment basically is part of.

Nice accommodation in the city center

Very nice accommodation! Just a few minutes to the old town center. This was our first trip to Dubrovnik and we liked it very much. We are planning to come back sometime soon. We recommend booking through the VIP Holiday Booker agency! The agents were wonderful!

Wonderful apartment in the old town, very cozy and airy. We liked the artistic energy of the space. We would spend our morning at the lovely terrace looking at the town walls. We recommend visiting Dubrovnik. Smiljana, the VIP Holiday Booker agent was very professional. We recommend!

My wife and I had a nice stay in this apartment with a lovely terrace. Very clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. He even booked a table at the restaurant for us. Darijo from the VIP helped us find this accommodation. Highly recommended!
