Cette unité de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain sur le golfe est située au 9ème étage.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un accès au balcon privé et d'une salle de bain privée complète.

La deuxième chambre offre une reine et la troisième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles.

Cette unité pourra accueillir 8 personnes.

Older building but condo was clean. Very quiet and peaceful during our stay. Liquid Life was very easy to work with and we encountered no problems. Will stay here again.

This was basic, probably the most simple and basic VRBO we have stayed at. No coffee, no extra supplies like toilet paper, napkins, wash clothes, cleaning supplies (while small boxes of soap was provided it only lasted 2 days) etc. The building is in need of a complete overhaul, when comparing price to other listings other condos and buildings in the area are much nicer.

We really enjoyed our stay..... great location, easy beach access, and spacious condo. Also family oriented complex that wasn't too busy. Ice maker didn't work nor did the TV but management was so helpful and friendly when I reached out and sent someone promptly. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

9A was ok overall. Kitchen is equipped adequately. Bedding & furniture were fine. Nice-sized tv in the living room for nighttime Netflix movies. Plenty of nice quality towels. Great ocean view. Location is good. Walmart & Publix are super close by. 2 negatives. 1) There was an odor of cat spray or cat urine in one of the bedrooms. We didn’t need that bedroom so we closed the door & placed towels around the door to block. That worked. I reported it to management but I didn’t want strangers coming in to clean again. Housekeeping was just there in the hours before we arrived. It should’ve been taken care of then. 2) There’s only one elevator & it was not working for the first two days. 9A is on the top floor. Got our cardio in! Learned a lesson - to rent a condo with more than one elevator. When I called management about it - I was told that elevators are an HOA issue & not their problem. I asked about moving to a different condo & was told that they don’t do that.

I’m sorry about the cat‑urine odor in the bedroom and that housekeeping didn’t catch it before your arrival — that shouldn’t have happened. We respect that you didn’t want staff to re‑enter, but please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates so we can investigate which turnover this was and address it with housekeeping. I also apologize for the elevator outage and the inconvenience of stairs to the top floor. Elevators are managed by the HOA, but we will follow up with them to get a status update and push for better reliability and guest communication. We appreciate the feedback and will work with our teams and the HOA to prevent these issues in future stays. Hope to host you again.

Room was not in great condition with sandy floors, dirty bathroom, lots of marks, stains, damages, or things not working properly which led to doubts about cleanliness of the pool and other areas after seeing a major water leak on the ground floor creating an unpleasant smell, and then getting a place that sleeps 8 but only came with only one parking pass (allegedly disclosed in the world's smallest fine print on the last page) is absolutely ridiculous, we had to pay to get another and the customer service was nonexistent and rude, also never once saw the security guard which didn't make us feel any better. Just overall for what we paid felt very nickel and dimed.

Wonderful view

Ocean side balcony view was the best, especially when you wake up and have coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim, it's breath taking! It's very spacious, and more than enough room for my family and I. I will definitely recommend this property!

Relaxing week

It was a nice condo with a nice big balcony with really nice furniture to sit on. My daughter loved all the mirrors everywhere. Ha! It was great for a relaxing week on the beach. Not a far walk to the beach either.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect condo for our family vacation! We enjoyed how quiet and not crowded the complex was on Memorial Day weekend. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family and our 20 month old grandson loved the fish decor! Our only complaint would be how uncomfortable the queen bed was. Definitely need a new mattress in that room! Other than that, it was a perfect stay for us.

Wonderful beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we even added an extra day! The unit, building and location were all perfect for our family of 4. The beach was not crowded, clean, nice soft sand, chair service available. The pools and hot tubs were lovely and also not crowded. Across the street from complex are any stores you need for grocery, beach, beverage supplies. Many restaurants and a seafood market up the road as well as mini golf, go karts, laser tag and a large arcade for family fun. Hoping to return in the future and stay even longer!

Family vacay

The condo was perfect and very roomy for my family of 6. The property manager responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. The mattress in one of the rooms was a little hard and the bed skirts are a little worn. But besides that no other complaints. Easy quick access to the beach. And also the kitchen came equipped with everything you would need to cook with. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Great view.

Someone needs to find out what the smell was when we first went in. It was better after a while except for the front bedroom. I don’t know what it was but my friend stayed in there and she was very upset about it. It is very spacious and the furniture was good. The tv in the kingside bedroom did not have any batteries in the remote.

The condo itself was great. It is exactly as shows. The beds & pillows were comfy! The location is a good area too because we were able to just drive 3 minutes both ways to multiple restaurants, stores & shops! The condo has a closet of beach items like toys, chairs & floats so that was very nice to have as an extra! The company who manages the condo is the only downfall & didn’t make the stay easy & relaxing but that’s outside of the condo itself & a separate review…

The condo was very nice and roomy for a family of 6. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with cooking supplies. The mattresses in the master and queen room are really bad. Need updates. Hard as a rock. Overall, very nice condo! Very clea.

Alabama girls vacation

Nice. Was a little disappointed that they left paint cans in kitchen psntry and also closet where air conditiong unit was. Remideled kitchen. Stove had gap behind it about 2 inches from wall. Great views of gulf from patio. We were there when Hurricane Frances hit Mobile. Lits of rain. Had a goid time though
