Appartement d'une chambre rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© dans le centre-ville de Reykjavik. Peut accueillir deux personnes dans la chambre et deux autres sur le lit de soda dans le salon. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et salle de bain avec douche. TrĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres de l'arrĂȘt de bus / bus de l'aĂ©roport. Si vous voulez rester au centre-ville mais que vous souhaitez Ă©galement vous reposer dans un endroit calme, cet appartement est fait pour vous.
L'appartement a été rénové en janvier.-Fév. '19. Tout est neuf, y compris le plancher, les armoires de cuisine et les lits.

This is a superb location and an excellent price! I really enjoyed staying here! The kitchen was perfect and the apartment was quiet , safe and comfortable. If I’d been staying by myself I’d have given it 5 stars. However, my husband thought the bed was uncomfortable and when he tried using the sofa bed he said it was broken.

Great location and value!

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything (e.g., tourist area - shopping, dining, sights) and was well kept and perfect for what I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. Great communication from the property manager. It was a great home base for my day trips. I would stay here again if I was ever back in Iceland. Thank you, Anna!

I wrote the same thing about our second stay. The apartment was quiet, safe, comfortable and the location and price were perfect! I’d have given 5 stars but my husband found the bed to be uncomfortable. He tried to use the sofa bed but said it was broken. I loved the kitchen!

Lovely place to stay in Reykjavik!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Perfect walking distance from everything, and this hosts were easy to communicate with. Very warm and cozy and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring!

Great stay

Nice spacious apt very close to the center of Reykjavik. It had everything we needed, good bed, pretty good sleeping sofa. Bathroom wih small sink and good shower. We had a great stay.

Nice apartment near city center

Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of space. Admire the flooring and shower. Apartment was quiet, clean, and close to many restaurants and sites all within walking distance.

I'd stay again!

The location was convenient to downtown and public transportation. The unit had everything we needed. There is not a 50 on the building but is next door to 52. Anna's name is on the actual unit, not the front door. I only wish the bedding for the pull-out couch was as nice as what's on the listing. would definitely rent again. would pic.

Location, location, location

This location is convenient for walking to stores/boutiques, , great restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops in the downtown area. There appartment had everything we needed. We stayed there three nights and would definitely return.

Nice accommodation

Nice, clean spacious accommodation, easy to check in and communicate with the host. Close to town centre and 5 minutes walk from my friends who I was visiting. Perfect!

A great place to stay for a couple of days!

My friend and I had a wonderful easy stay at this property. The amenities are as listed, and the owner gave us great directions from the airport. The beds were very clean and many towels were provided. As other reviews mentioned, however, the property does not seem all that “newly” renovated. The apartment felt clean aside from mold in the bathroom. We had a couple of small issues with the shower that the owner has been notified of, and we were told that it will be renovated soon- just something to keep in mind!The location was nice, but since we had a rental car we had to pay for parking a couple of times since the surrounding areas are all paid parking zones in the daytime on weekdays.Overall a great choice with a great price point to be near downtown Reykjavík!

Lovely clean, very warm extremely comfortable apartment. Central for trip pick up at bus stop no9 also local bus station. Bus stop 12 also within short distance as some trips start here and charge to picked up from other stops. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Good apartment, a little difficult to find. The entrance does not have a street number and the name given for the door is two flights up, not on the entrance. Very good location, good amenities, but could use minor cleaning. I would stay here again.

By the bus stops

Tourists going on their tours were picked up at numbered bus stops or selected hotels. Our Verbo on Snorrobraut was an ideal location 
 right downtown and close to bus stop #9, a popular pickup/drop off stop.. Reykjavik downtown shopping /entertainment/ and cultural museums etc. area

Great spot!

This apartment is in a great location that is walkable to most downtown amenities. We found it perfect while we stayed in the city. The key exchange was easy enough to find. My phone wasn’t quite working while in Iceland but I had luckily looked locations up beforehand and didn’t have a problem. I recommend that for other visitors as well.

Well Located Apartment

The location of the apartment and the communication with the hosts were excellent. The apartment was stocked with plenty of information about local attractions, which was really helpful when planning our trip day to day. The bed was also really comfortable, which is great. However, the apartment listing states that it was recently renovated but, whilst modern, the apartment had a few slight problems, such as the bedroom light being surrounded by cracks hanging off the ceiling, which was a little concerning. Despite this, there were no issues whilst we were there and nothing that couldn’t be easily rectified. The only other issue was that the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. For example, lots of the kitchen utensils still had dried food from previous guests on them, meaning we had to clean them all thoroughly before use. There was also dark hair on the walls of the shower and around the bathroom and pockets of black mould around the windows and in the bathroom. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and the apartment was in a great, central location with supermarkets very close by, which were really convenient throughout our holiday!! Definitely suitable for couples’ holidays!

The VRBO listing is very misleading
 The only thing in the apartment that was updated was the kitchen and new floors throughout. The freezer in the refrigerator was not clean and the bathroom could use some shelves and hooks for wet towels.

With Iceland in Love

Die Lage ist großartig, zu Fuss und mit Bussen ist alles perfekt erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig. Das Sofa eignet sich höchstens fĂŒr 1 Kind zum Schlafen. das Bett ist fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene auch schmal. Leider war schlecht geputzt,Haare ĂŒberall im kleinen Bad und eher etwas schmuddelig. Die Info,dass man den SchlĂŒssel in einem Locker am Busbahnhof holen muss,sollte auch angegeben werden.Wir hatten lange gebucht und diese Info kam kurz vor der Anreise und wir mussten den gebuchten Shuttle am Flughafen umorganisieren. Aber da man auf dieser phantastischen Insel immer viel unterwegs ist,war die Wohnung OK und tatsĂ€chlich ist sie preiswert.
